Why would the source be rejected if it is a massive upgrade resolution wise to the previous approved cut? I mean I know it was a approved recently, but in this case it is a clear upgrade
I've set this one as pending again as I think you have a point - the source the existing cutout was made from was slightly compressed with some Jpeg artefacting, and the player's hairstyle has changed a bit as well.
