This is the Newgan Manager Tool which will let you generate a config file for Newgan players that you can combine with a Newgan Players Facepack in order to have realistic photos for new players that the game generates.
When you download it you will be greeted by a .zip file. Follow the same steps as in Step (1) to unzip this file.
You will then want to download click on the following file:
Windows: NewGAN-Manager-Installer-Win/windows/NewGAN-Manager.msi
Mac: NewGAN-Manager-Installer-Mac/MacOS/NewGAN-Manager.dmg
This will then install the program on your computer.
You may receive an error on Mac
“NewGAN-Manager.app”cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified.”
To get around this simply go to Library > Applications find NewGAN Manager and click Right Click > Open and then select “Open”

hi, i can get to the point when i click to install. it runs through the installation process but cannot find the app anywhere on my computer as if it hasnt installed. any help would be great. thanks

@kingrobbo Pretty sure it's nothing to do with DF11 Faces it's here Maradonna90 and i've PM'd the person I think it is on here (different username) but he's not been online for a while also the license does allow for free distribution

Please try and give as much information as possible such as whether you're using Windows or Mac.
On Mac it's Finder > Applications in the side bar.
Windows has some sort of global search from the start menu I believe

Having he same issue, after running the msi it says press finish to exit set up but nothing happens from here and no sign of program, tried from the zip folder and after extracting the folder. On windows 10…..
I managed to get it working.
If you're on windows search for it and uninstall, then download and try again

For me, the whole NewGan thing is broken. When I am filtering for newgens in the Scouting view and print a .rtf file with the newgan view applied, there are only very few players listed. FM seems never to export all marked 6.000+ wonderkids. I haven't found a fix for that.

This version 1.3.1 is kinda bugged for long term saves the more times you have to “preserve” eventually it will stop assigning new faces to the new youth. Only way to get around it is trashing the config file and starting fresh which loses the preservation feature.
In my long term Fm23 save Hungary in the 2050's I eventually had to down grade to version 1.2.x and I never had any problems again. There was a release 1.3.0 between 1.3.1 and 1.2.1 but I never tried it. There are a lot of posts about preserve and new youth not working in 1.3.1 if you look at the various FM sites and reddit.

Hi,
I am a Mac user. I am having issues opening the app. I download and do as it says, right click, hit open, hit allow even though it is unidentified developer, but then there is nothing. The app never appears. I have even gone to my privacy settings, located the notification about this app and type in my password to allow it to open, but this still does not open the app. After this initial try, whenever I right click and select open, all it does is recommend me to move the app to the trash. I have tried to redownload and do the process many times with no luck.

Same problem as the last two replies. I'm using Mac and It simply does not open. Furthermore, the app is unfindable on library, as you would for FM.

It's unclear to me what step you've got to. Are you saying it won't install or won't open once installed?
Remember you have to drag the icon into the Applications folder when you see this:
Are you getting as far as seeing that screen?

I'm having the same issue, I move the app then over-ride the Mac security warning that the developer is unidentified, then I get this error.

Hey, its my first time using the Newgan pack,
my question is
for a new save will I need to do this every season as the Newgan come through? or will it be automatically assigned to them as they are generated

Update: I was able to get it running on Mac by right clicking on the application → get info → open using rosetta. Not sure if it'll work yet, but at least I was able to open it!

That has fixed some faces, but most of them are still not working. I'm not sure what to do! This freaking window popped up when I selected the text file.

I managed to get NEWGAN working with the “r-” config change.
However is everyone experiencing Japanese players are not showing. Its definately showing in the config but not showing up in the game. This is different for other nationalities….which is showing correctly.
