you will need to request this via the 3D request thread and not in a league pack thread as this is only for assistance with this pack, this is the file for last season and as the new season has begun it is unlikely kits from last season will be made if they have not been already. 

may I ask for the PSD files  ?

Yes, Udinese is licensed 

Roma is not unfortunately..

When this pack was released AS Roma were a licensed team in the game and during one of the updates that license disappeared and the kits were made and posted in the Official 3D Kit Thread, if you search in there you will find the kits for last season 2022/2023. 

To find the search option, click the three dots at the top of the post as below
