If you're wondering why lots of players are missing from the Japan leagues such as Gaku Shibasaki, Marcos Junior and Juan Mata it's because Japan is missing around 150 players in FM24 due to licensing reasons.
This file will add as many of those players as possible back in.
UPDATE 9th November: Fixes made to weights and removing duplicate players that SI have since added.

I've finished all J1 and several J2 teams at the moment. Aim to complete about half of the J2 teams by the end of next week so can release a beta verison for using J-League as a background league.

No, Pogba is not in J-League but S.I. “lose” this footballer in his DB, so all the people we are going to add this Japan DB, and if someone adds Pogba we have different IDs, but if he is added in this pack all the people we must to have the same ID, no??

The UID of a created player will never be fixed, and it will depend entirely on what other editor data files you have in place, and even their filenames. So it makes no difference if Pogba is in this file or another file, because the UID will not be the same anyway 😕

Juan Mata is duplicated at Kobe since new update. Any reason for that I may have missed?

this is because Juan Mata is present in db 24.3. the rosters of the Japanese teams are not updated to January 31st like all the other teams, just as in 24.1 they were not updated to November 6th, but to a previous period. In fact, Ola Solbakken is not present in the Urawa squad.
this fix works for db 24.1, another fix is needed for 24.3
The terms of the agreement with the J-League for the use of the official license are limiting and very very annoying.

If someone can post a list of the missing players in J-League for 24.3, I may give a go if that list is not long. This time I'll pass the non-players as that is very time consuming given those are very inaccurate/incompleted even after the update.

in a few weeks it seems that a new official update will be released with the February transfers, even if it is unlikely and they will not be updated with all those of the other nations, perhaps the Japanese squads will also be further updated, in my opinion it is better to wait for that update for a new fix, to avoid doing unnecessary work

This is hilarious. One can start a new J-League season with last year squad.
In this sense what I can do most is to add the players missing in the 24.4 update but in no way that can be used as a playable league setup.

I think so, but you need to add players that are removed from 24.2 and remove players that are duplicated in 24.3 (haven't check that yet but based on past experience there may be a few around).

In 24.30 I use any transfer patch that doesn't seem to be able to properly represent the real new season transfers, is it also restricted by default?

as far as I know, there should be no other limitations, simply the database of Japanese teams will be updated as of 11/17/23 P.S. If you find any patches let me know 😉

The original database doesn't want to discuss, after the Japanese 7th division patch that is easy to find on FMSCOUT was added, no transfer patch can reflect the real team situation, do you know why bro
