Truth be told, when a cutter is uploading a completed cut accompanied by the source he cut it from, like in this case, it doesn't make a lot of difference to me when comparing images manually since I don't have separate folders for missings and improvements. Naturally, if it's a request for cutting, the requester should really be paying enough attention to place it in the right category.

The ID has turned to 2002052847, the original 37065074 is not exsited in the database (I only checked 24.3).

That UID is for a person added via a custom editor data file (maybe the real name fix), and using that UID won't necessarily mean the image will show in your saved game, since it's a dynamic and not a fixed UID like those in the default database.
