I started watching that sometime earlier this year, got up to about half way through season 2 I think but kind of got bored of it.

Wasn't really much of a story to it and didn't really like the stupid in-your-face type humor.

But you like Two and a Half Men?

Tbh, I only listed that as I couldn't think of any more.

I like Ashton Kutcher as an actor, so I started watching it when he joined (I did watch the first 8 season, they were alright). I wouldn't be fussed if it ended though.

I think the main reason I don't like Community is because the characters aren't really believable. You can't imagine them being real people, whereas you can in Two And a Half Men. Thinking about it, that's my main reason for not liking certain shows, characters not being believable.

1) you're the only person I've ever encountered who said he liked Ashton Kutcher as an actor.

2) I disagree about the believability thing. At least in the first season of Community.

I guess if you're a fan of network shows this could be a bad time for TV, but the current line-up of premium cable shows is fucking awesome.

Breaking Bad, Boardwalk Empire, Game of Thrones, Mad Men, Homeland etc.

Louie might be the best show on TV right now.

Also, I'm not necessarily a huge fan of the show, but a lot of people really like Sons of Anarchy.

I'm watching The League at the moment, not really sure if I like it.

And I've finally started watching Breaking Bad properly, up to season 2.

Yeah this is kind of what I meant, I love some of these shows, but they're only on about ten weeks out of the year and then you have to wait ages. There's a lack of 24-episode season shows that I watch at the moment.

The wife has got Two and a half men on and refuses to turn it over. My brain hurts just listening to it while on the laptop.

Started watching some show called Party Down last night. Heard of it from when Lizzy Caplan was on some podcast. Also features Adam Scott who I love from Parks & Rec. Only down side is it lasted 2 seasons and only 20 episodes and already 6 down but theres a film of it coming out end of year.

Almost finished all eight seasons of House.

When an episode of House is good, it is great. When it's shit, it's so boring. That's the price you pay for having 24 episodes a season.

Finally got around to watching the rest of s3 of Eastbound & Down and finished it off just before, was decent. Though, now a s4 has been approved I wonder what will happen now.

Three episodes left, I think. Then that's it. Gone. Finished. Over. Forever. I'm pretty sure that this is the final series, anyway. I'll have to find someone else to fill the Malcolm Tucker-size hole in my life afterwards. Or wait until the next Ianucci work, or however the guy's name is spelled.

Ianucci has said there's unlikely to be another series but he is open to the idea of creating more specials.

Fuck me, The Thick Of It was good this week. I did, however, find myself rooting against Tucker for the first time ever after the way he berated Nicola. It's really shaping up to be a cracking end to the show. Will Nicola get her revenge? Will Malcolm's reign of terror end? Who'll get fucked by the enquiry?

So hard to predict, but that's what makes it amazing.

I'm predicting that Tucker could be on the receiving end of a serious arse-fucking with this inquiry, it's a long-time coming. And re Tucker, he's the bad guy that everyone seems to love, though they're supposed to hate. But I agree with you TS, tonight he was quite a cunt to both Nicola and Glenn.

Just read that BBC4 have got the right to show Parks and Rec next year which is good news as its a great show. Odd for it to be on BBC4 I think but if it does well I guess it might get moved to BBC3 which is probably where its suited. Along with this ITV2 have got the rights to Animal Practice which I have heard good things about and Up All Night which is a decent show

Yeah, I'm more inclined to think Malcolm will get fucked by the inquiry and Nicola will get her revenge. Dan Miller is such a dislikeable character and after being conspired against the whole season and I think Nicola will find redemption one way or another. I also think/ hope Glenn gets some sort of happy ending, and Olly ends up backtracking after his gradual move to the darkside.

Argh, it's so bloody good.

I don't think the Thick of It is the kind of show to offer justice or redemption. Loving this series though. I prefer Mannion and Stuart to the established characters, and I really liked the Lib Dems in the last episode as well.
