For the love of all that is holy, I have told you, repeatedly, NOT to post any more cuts here because they are, invariably and in various ways, lacking. For the final time, post your attempts in the tutorial thread and wait for feedback. In an ideal world, you'll take note and improve with your next cuts afterwards, but it's pretty clear that you're unlikely to, given that we've been repeating the same things time after time to no avail whatsoever.

@Johnny210601, apart from the lack of sharpness, keep in mind that the face should be straight-on, rather than slanting or at angle; i.e. the eyes are ideally in a straight line and parallel to the top or bottom of the cut. Rotate such images as per the below video:
