You can't have looked very well for alternative sources beforehand, if it took you around 5 minutes to find another source and cut it…
Please post the sources with your cuts, because I'm not sure it's quite large enough to provide an improvement to the current cut.

Not sure if this is the correct place for this question, but is there a good app out there for converting black and white pics to colour? Trying to do a retro database cutout facepack for Mad Scientist 86/87 database for FM24 and so many excellent pictures in black and white!

To be honest yeah, the ones I've tried have been awful so far! Finally able to remove watermarks but black & white photos are a nightmare!

Much better than previous attempts. Try and crop it 2-3 pixels further beneath the chin and to crop it closer to the top of the head next time.

However, @Alex Moldo, please choose your sources more carefully. It's true his megapack cut is from 2010, so this probably still would be an improvement, but he was at ASEC in 2017. Cutting images this old makes very little sense, especially in cases where more recent sources are available.

You have 6 pending individual images and 7 pending individual packs. That is more than any one user is supposed to be allowed. I was clear when I told you that you shouldn't have any pending requests before uploading any more requests. You need to learn to be patient. There are other users on this forum who'd like to see their requests get cut; it's not just about you. If you don't want to be banned, all you have to do is follow the rules 😕
Yet again, your cut lacks sharpness. I have no idea how you keep managing that, but all you need to do is to crop the image to an area around the face before putting it through remove.bg. Watch the video again, and follow the steps. If you don't understand what is being said, there is a written tutorial as well - change it to your language and perhaps that'll help.

No, you are not to upload cuts because you aren't close to being able to produce good cuts yet. Keep uploading the sources and the cuts in here for feedback until your technique improves enough.

Is it possible to add a team that is not on the site, or at least a few players? I could add that team but it doesn't have a specific logo, and its players would be transferred to another team

It's good that you rotated him and it's better than your previous attempt, but I have no idea why you've tried to use whatever filters it is that you used.
Try and keep it simple for now, and avoid using anything beyond the basic tasks.
