What's the last thing you bought thread - Off Topic - FM24/25 Update

Cheers Pheonix Arrow. It's a new laptop from PCWorld, since my old one (a Windows 7) died on me after five years service. I wanted to buy a new laptop as a present for all my hard-work lately, but I didn't have the time or effort required to look for a good second-hand computer or to build my one. I'm seriously regretting getting a Windows 8, it's fucking annoying. I've got two Skype accounts - an original one I got years ago, and another that's basically my old MSN contacts list. I've synced my user account to my password, and even if I make another Windows account, it refuses to give me access to the other Skype account.

So why dont you buy one of the "sock" type supports that you slip on and off. Pretty sure you wouldn't strap your achilles properly using that tape anyway.

I don't strap my achilles man or anything else usually.

Got a knock on the ankle on Sunday and had a game tonight so just strapped it up and popped some painkillers. It's quite easy to strap stuff the right way if you practice a bit tbh. I've been strapping my brothers knee for him for god knows how long!!

Same, but they had a Twitter update on the 28th June saying the black ones had a backlog and were only being shipped then

I emailed them around the start of last month and got a reply telling me about the backlog.

Then about a week later got an email saying it was shipped, 12th June to be exact, which is now 17 days in the post.
