DONE - IT WORKS!! FM26 Graphics from here wont work!

Hi everyone,

I need help getting ANY of my custom graphics to load in Football Manager 2026. This includes facepacks, logo packs, and kit packs (both 2D and 3D kits). The game continues to show all default graphics.

I am aware that the "Clear Cache" and "Reload Skin" options are removed in FM26, and I have followed the new procedures, but nothing works.

Here is a full breakdown of the files I'm using and every single step I've taken:

1. File Setup and Configuration

File Integrity: I have ensured all packs are fully unzipped/extracted, and the files are not corrupted.

2. Folder Structure and Placement

All graphics packs are placed correctly within the main graphics folder, which is in the standard user data location:

Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2026\graphics\

Inside the graphics folder, I have separated each type of pack into its own sub-folder to prevent conflicts:

...\graphics\Logos\ (Contains config.xml and logo files)

...\graphics\Faces\ (Contains config.xml and face files)

...\graphics\3D Kits\ (Contains all_config.xml and kit files)

3. In-Game Steps (FM26/Unity Engine Method)

I have tried every suggested troubleshooting method for the new FM26 engine:

Game Restart: After placing all the folders and files, I have CLOSED THE GAME COMPLETELY and RESTARTED IT MULTIPLE TIMES. This is the new primary way FM26 is supposed to load custom graphics.

Save Simulation: I have loaded my save and tried simulating a day forward.

Editor Check: (If applicable and using the In-Game Editor) I have verified that the "Allow licensed kits" option is ticked for custom or created teams.

Despite confirming the correct folder structure and performing the mandatory full game restart, NO custom graphics are appearing.

Could this be a new conflict with a specific FM26 update, a permissions issue with my Documents folder, or is there a new FM26-specific setting I am missing that overrides the automatic loading?

Any ideas or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

@Dan Mrqs A screenshot of your graphics folder (showing clearly the full path) would help.

The graphics work in-game. You either don't have the full megapacks, or you haven't installed them correctly.

I download all the 3D English Premier League kits, but when I add them to the game, it doesn’t work,  the kits just don’t show up.
Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it? 

That is not the default user data folder. Have you changed it so that the game looks in there by default?

yes I created a new path on steam to get the folder out of my documents, but as it did not worked i am trying to re-install all of it

Is double nesting an issue?

The folder contents image shows the path ...FM26\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 26\graphics and the contents of this folder.

Inside graphics, you have the following folders: backgrounds, faces, and logos.

The logos folder appears to be where your Metallic Logos Pack is. When you expand the view on the left, you can see the sub-structure of your logos folder:

graphics\logos\clubs\

graphics\logos\comps\

graphics\logos\config\

graphics\logos\default\

graphics\logos\normal\

That's your folder, buddy, not mine.

I'm having similar issues, none of the packs are working on my side. All installed as usual, have tried restarting everything and nothing works. So annoying!

The same here. Changed destination folder from default to mine in Steam, also edited folder name to Football Manager 26 (as it was adviced in thread) - the difference is, that facepack loaded correctly, but stadium backgrounds doesn't work, also some of logos work, some not…

Im struggling to get any graphic packs to load on MAC. They are saved sports interactive/fm26/graphics.. they all have config files. Any help appreciated..
