I'm including them below for ease of reference.
- If you are requesting an image which is still to be cut-out, please do so as a source type. The better and larger the image, the better the eventual cut-out will be. If you're having difficulties in finding a good source image, have a look in this thread for some hints and tips on how and where to find the best possible sources for your requests. If the images found are still small, then consider whether it is worth requesting it at all. A 120x120 image from the chin upwards, for example, will be too small to consider cutting as it will only provide a blurry mess of pixels and won't be representative of what a person looks like. Ideally, the person in a source image is looking at the camera and has a clear background. Unless absolutely unavoidable, avoid action images.
- If you are requesting an image for a person who already has a cut in the megapack, please make sure that the source you are uploading will produce an improvement. We don't consider a newer image to be automatically an improvement since we also take quality of source and cut into consideration. If the current megapack cut is recent and similar in look (check on his/her timeline before uploading an image), there is little added value in cutting another source for the person. Just because a source image is more recent than that in the MP does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It's better to have a slightly older image in the MP if it is of better quality. Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative. Please keep in mind that we have a limited number of cutters and hundreds of thousands of images in the megapack, so we can't update them every few months or so.
