⚽ Ultimate Matchball Megapack – FM24 / FM26
Hello FM Community!
I’m proud to present my Ultimate Matchball Megapack for Football Manager 2024–2026, featuring 130+ custom 3D matchballs designed to enhance realism and immersion in your saves.
This megapack includes a wide variety of competition-specific matchballs, complete with winter versions and special knockout-stage designs for major tournaments — giving decisive matches the atmosphere they deserve.

Each ball has been carefully crafted to improve authenticity and visual variety throughout your season.
All textures are HD wherever possible.
If anyone has access to higher-resolution references that could improve certain balls, contributions are always welcome!

This project builds upon the fantastic work of @bartdude and @JakDevlin , whose original 3D Balls Match Pack inspired this expansion.
I’ve refined, updated, and extended their work with additional leagues, details, and variations.
Special thanks to @DashingDaz8 for the go-ahead, valuable files, and continuous support.
This megapack is a community-driven effort — feedback, suggestions, and requests are always appreciated!
🔧 Installation Instructions
Download the megapack file.
Extract the balls zip file.
Move the balls folder to:
Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 20XX\graphics\
(Create any missing folders if necessary and overwrite all the existing files.)
Restart Football Manager (FM26).
If playing on FM24, reload your skin.
⚠️ Important – Clean Installation Required
Please make a clean installation by deleting your old balls folder before extracting this new version.
Starting from this release, the pack uses a new folder structure, organised by continents and nations, with subfolders for better organisation and easier future updates.
Keeping old files may cause conflicts or prevent certain balls from loading correctly.
🔁 Alternative & Brands Folder Instructions
If you want to use a ball inside the alt or brands folder:
Rename the original ball by adding -OLD at the end
(Example: ENG-premierleague → ENG-premierleague-OLD)
Copy the new ball into the appropriate folder
Rename it with the original file name
(Example: ENG-premierleague)
If you want to use a clubs or nations ball inside the 0-Generic Balls folder, simply rename the xml file from config_alt.xml to config.xml
🎮 FM26 Users
For an even better experience in some top-tier leagues, it is possible to use the balls included in the “FM26 3D Stadium Megapack” made by @BassyBoyYT .
⚠️ Important Notice
This megapack is and will always remain completely free.
Recently, I’ve been informed that some people are redistributing this pack while asking money for access. Please note that this project is shared freely with the community and must never be sold, monetized, or placed behind any kind of paywall.
A huge amount of time, research, and passion goes into creating and maintaining these matchballs. I do this for the community and for the love of the game.
Starting from this version, small and almost invisible details have been embedded within some files. These will help me identify unauthorized redistributions if necessary.
If you appreciate the work and would like to support it, you’re very welcome to offer me a coffee — but that’s entirely optional and never required.

While many balls have been tested in-game, I haven’t had the chance to test every single one.

Did anyone manager disappeared from the main screen after installing this mod? It only shows the balls and the club I'm managing but not the manager

Hey there, just to let you know, the women's French premier league ball is marked with the same ID as the women's Bundesliga ball in your config file.
It should be 2000149107 instead of 2000148115. Once I changed it and restarted the game, it worked.
Otherwise all works well. Nice work. =)

It shouldn't disappear, there's probably something that clashes between the game files and the matchballs pack, i'll try to figure it out

Would these images be sufficient to put together the 2025 Toppserien ball (Norwegian women's top tier)?
I am trying to find better images, but they've already moved on to the 2026 one so they are kinda dishing the 2025 one aside. The other options are a couple of screenshots from Instagram which are kinda small.
Let me know and I'll look into getting those screenshots, if need be.

English Women's FA Cup ball doesn't seem to be working, as you can see in the attached image … I did add it to the config file.
I tested the WSL ball, that one is working. Edit: Now this one isn't working either.
P.S. I also tried to use the Norwegian Eliteserien ball for the ladies competition (just simply copied the stuff from the men and changed the competition ID) and it doesn't seem to be working either.
I already deleted, extracted and restarted the game. Something's just not working.
EDIT:
So, after numerous testing, it turns out I cannot modify the config file one bit. Not even correcting the ID from the French women's league. I add just the English Women's FA Cup ball (which is not in the file), the pack is no longer working. I'm not sure what that's happening, but at least now I know why I cannot see the new matchballs.

It's on the new update i'm preparing, but i was thinking about releasing it, since i noticed that few websites and forums are uploading my free works and asking for money to download them, i was really pissed off about it.

Actually, I just used wfm18's config file and now it works like a charm, even with edits made to it (the French women's league still had the wrong ID).

The way he used, is the best solution, i have to split everything in folders from the next update.
We will have less problems and, if needed, they will be faster to fix.

I would appreciate if, whenever you can and if possible, do this new Serie A ball which was announced today for the 2nd part of the season. It will also be used for the final stages of the Coppa Italia. Maybe in the Alt folder like the Premier League balls 🙂

I believe the Supercoppa ball is already in the pack 🙂 And if I'm not mistaken, they use the Serie A ball for the Coppa Italia…..correct me if I'm wrong mate!

Hi, I played in the Copa del Rey and used your Adidas Brand ball pack. I did add (-OLD) at the end, but the ball doesn't appear in matches. I even removed the -OLD, and still nothing @BabaYaga89
Is the Copa del Rey in your config file?
