@Allan Kane you've clearly unticked our England update and replaced it with a Level 20 English database, you will have to ask for support from the author of the level 20 DB. 

Your only other option would be remove them all and then slowly add them again one by one until you see the error, that way you'll know what file caused it.

Yes I get that,  is DanFMDatabases,  He's not online that often so I thought I'd check out on here,   No worries.

However, where an ID exists in FM24 but not in FM26 (e.g. Jota, Baldock), the current FM24 enhanced data update has, for some reason, reverted to including them having previously been removed and now they are unable to be edited.

Jota is a coach on £140k p/w at Liverpool!

@Allan Kane there's no need to message Dan the level 20 database works, i've just downloaded it and tested it as shown below.

One of your other files is interfering, the only way for you to figure out which one is to turn them all off and turn them on one by one.

Sorry that that is a chore but that's more down to the tools that SI provide.

However you can't just provide a screenshot of a hundred files and ask us to guess.

You can test that it's working yourself by choosing just that one file.

Thanks ,  good to know although there was no need for the sarchasm,  I was asked to post the list of editor data files loaded.   There's too many mods added so I'll start a new install and load a different database , one that hopefully works with Daves Realism mod  ( the likely culprit )    Cheers

Speculatively, I would try to disable the ‘Club Data Fix’ files from DaveIncid's pack, as well as the ‘Geographics & Languages' file. These feel like the ones that might be having an affect on a regionalised league down in the depths of the English pyramid system. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with DaveIncid's pack as I don't use it, hence my advice is fairly speculative - I had a quick look online to see what each file contains to make this suggestion.

Of course, whether you want to disable certain parts of the DaveIncid pack, or you prefer not to use the English Lower League database, will be a choice that is down to you.

Hi.  I actually got to the bottom of it.   It was the Welsh lower league database add on at the bottom that was causing it.  Shropshire is right on the border with Wales therefor it was clashing with the England database somehow.  I removed the Weles lvl 9 one and loaded another Wales one that I found and it now works perfectly 😁.    Thanks for your input though I appreciate it 👍🏻

Thanks for this, very random I suddenly had Saka playing against me for Liverpool after being signed from that Finnish team for £5m in the January, confused me a bit! Any idea if it's something fixable? FM24 in case that makes a difference

I have a feeling @Footygamer took steps to fix the Bukayo Saka one, specifically. I downloaded the latest version of the FM24 Data Update earlier today and Saka was back at Arsenal, as expected.

Yes the Saka issue was fixed very quickly.

Any chance this is a quick fix? (removing deceased players, at least the two mentioned Jota & Baldock)

As Footygamer is on holiday, now, I don't think any of the rest of the staff can do this directly through the site data as such.

However, I'll make a manual patch (via an extra FMF file) and add it to the FM24 Data Update as a stop-gap measure. I'll get it sorted in the next hour or two, so it should be available for all no later than the next daily update.

@thehet (and anyone else following) - I have now created a new ‘Deceased Persons' file and integrated it into the FM24 Data Update. It sets a total of 106 people who have been reported as passing away across January 2024 to-date to the ‘Retired’ status in-game.

I have tested on a new game alongside all other FM24 Data Update files and it is working as expected.

Seria A registration is bugged, im in my second season with Como and i still cant register non Eu players even though i have no one in my club that is non eu

Just a quick note to say: I'm aware we've fallen a few days behind with moderating Data Update submissions. I am working to clear the backlog as soon as possible.

New here but had a question, not sure if this is the right place though, so apologies if not.

I downloaded the FM24 update and installed it. All good everything works. Only question i had is, as part of that update has the match engine changed at all?

Aware there's a few knocking about compared to the vanila one. It kinda feels different a bit but maybe that's because i just haven't played it in a while.

The SortItOutSI Data Update, definitively, does not include any changes to the match engine. It contains updated data pertaining to players, non-playing staff, league structures and so on.

Hi Everyone HAPPY NEW YEAR. Could anyone please tell me. In the English championship have Sheffield Wednesday been deducted 30 points. Because in the latest update they have. I was sure it was only 18. Thanks in advance

In real-life, Sheffield Wednesday have been deducted a total of 18 points.

In terms of the Data Update files, I know that in the FM24 Data Update, we recently configured the points deduction and it is correctly working as an 18-point deduction. I will check what the FM26 Data Update files are doing - I haven't personally worked on those but, presumably, somewhere there has been a duplication of 12 of the points, resulting in that extra deduction.

Does this Database update change the CA and PA of any of the players, and If so how drastically? Because I've started a save and I've just noticed that Ayyoub Bouaddi only has a potential of 103 and a CA of 39 which seems far too low considering he's meant to be one of the best wonderkids around. I've noticed this with a few other players to like Gilberto Mora and Jeremy Monga. Either this is my fault and I don't know what I've done, or this database is way too comfortable messing with PAs and CAs.

Just a very brief reply - but so not to leave you hanging: I actually think it is neither.

The Data Update provides adjusted CA/PA and it is mainly driven by community submissions. Broadly speaking, they should be in-line with general consensus of abilities.

I have a feeling we have a data processing issue/bug that is causing null values to be set for some players. This would explain why, when looking up a player like Bouaddi on the site, their ‘Data Update Data’ shows the CA/PA as blank values.

My instinct is that this was introduced as part of a recent re-process, that took place 7-10 days ago (but that’s speculative). I also believe it is only affecting players in the database where there have been zero approved end-user CA/PA submissions. Again, that's speculative.

As an aside, I have just rejected the CA/PA submissions you have made. Just a temporary measure as I want to use Ayyoub Bouaddi as the representative case and keeping his data unchanged, for now, will help us investigate the data flow properly. I will circle back to your submissions and review them objectively once we tackle this issue.

The Site Admin is shortly back from holiday - I will raise with him ASAP and we’ll ensure things get corrected.

I've submitted some changes for other players I noticed were affected that aren't Ayyoub, incase you wanted to apply them.
