FM26 3D Kits
Here you can find 3D Kits designed specifically for the Unity Engine used for FM26 and beyond.

This plugin fixes the issue where custom 3D kits for national teams in FM26 previously only appeared during the World Cup 2026.
With this plugin, custom 3D national team kits can be displayed in all international matches, including friendlies, qualifiers, and other international tournaments.
Installation Guide:
- Move the BepInEx folder into the main Football Manager 2026 installation folder.
- Edit com.restufm.nationalkitinject.cfg using a text editor. In the NationalKitFolder section, enter the path to your custom kit folder. An example of the section that needs to be changed can be seen in the image.

From a quick look at your log, the 3D kits plugin is already running/working. Unfortunately, the plugin is not reading any kit mappings. Most likely, the issue is still with the ".cfg" configuration file. Please check and fix the "NationalKitFolder =" line, and set it to the actual location of the 3D kits folder you are using.

hi pal were do you download bepinex from? deleted everything to start again. now bepinex not creating plugin folders an others on launch. thanks for help

Technically, it should be possible. I just need to add a separate configuration for another folder that contains club GK kits. But at the moment, it seems like not many people are making custom GK kits yet 😆

Custom GK kits is something I've been wanting since I started doing my own custom kits back in like FM 2012 😂. If you get this to work you'll be an absolute hero! I'm also happy to lend a hand testing it if you need!

Of course, that would be fine. But it probably won’t happen anytime soon, as I’m quite busy at the moment. If I get some free time in between my other work, I’ll try to create a setup and configuration for custom club GK kits.

Did you convert them in two steps (PES to FM24 and then FM24 to FM26) or directly from PES to FM26?

Sometimes I manually crop the PES 2021 kits directly into the FM26 template. But when I need a quicker method, I use the converter tool from MakerDreamer: https://x.com/kitmakerdreamer/status/2024466758044651852?s=46&t=CfsZrDqlkmSfvKErYALV5g
However, the tool is still not perfect. Some parts are still not very precise, and there are a few cropped areas that overlap.

The collar area is still not perfect either, so the best method is still to crop it manually and create the collar manually using the existing FM26 base template 😁
