First season over and done with and it's fair to say that those Argentinian duo have saved my job at this club. Libonatti scored ten goals in ten matches while Diaz got five man of the matches in his ten games. Overall we finished in 9th position, just where we were meant to be predicted. I have signed a new one year deal here as well as loading the Chinese and Singaporean leagues.
Not a clue why the Indian Arrows haven't been relegated hahaha, United Skimm got relegated despite coming outside the relegation zone. If anybody can clarify why this has happened, I would love to know. Will give a full round up of the squad next.

Goalkeepers
Meher was my starting goalkeeper for every match this season. He's only twenty years old but I'm yet to decide if he's good enough. The other two keepers are now seventeen years old, may give one of them a chance next season.
Defenders
The first four defenders in the screenshot are all only sixteen or seventeen years old so that was pleasing that they managed to cope with first team football. Randhawa is only twenty and has been called up for the under 21 side on a few occasions so that's encouraging. Quite happy with how they all did. Conceded too many goals though so will look to bring in a new defender in the Summer if finances allow me.
Midfielders
None of my midfielders were that impressive apart from Monhanraj and my favourite player in the world, Patil. Will be looking to get rid of quite a few of them in the Summer and bringing in some new players. Diaz was played as a striker more than a midfielder but he was absolutely brilliant for me and definitely was integral in our good form at the back end of last season.
Strikers
Junior did well for me but takes my third foreigner spot so will be released in the Summer so I can bring in another Argentinian. Libonatti was different class for us and is way too good for this league. I'm expecting offers to come in for him, if we can keep him for another season though I'll be very pleased. Malsumzwala was good as a back up.

Got rid of a lot of my back up players, looking at bringing a lot more quality for the upcoming season.

Used the free transfer market to my benefit as I pinched eight players from rivals within my league. Also went back over to Argentina and brought in Santiago Fernandez who is a centre mid and fills my last foreigners spot.
Will post all their stats and my squad soon.

Centre back who has played for the national side, good pedigree for this club. Turned down a new deal at his old side Lajong to come here.
Keeper to replace Meher- hopefully won't concede as many as he did.
Talented midfielder who has already been capped by the national side. In all honesty, only bought him because he has a face and nobody else I've seen in this league has. My facepacks won't work anymore which is doing my head in.
Scored eight goals from midfield in this league last season. The Indian Frank Lampard.
Becomes my highest paid Indian player. Played every game for Champions East Bengal last season, not a clue how we've managed to get him.

Youngster brought in for the youth team, capped at under 19 level.
Backup left back, shit stats not sure why I got him.
My Argentinian centre mid- good stats and hopefully will have the same effect as the other two Argies have done.
Another centre back, backup player mainly.
Shit stats but scored 12 goals in this league last season.

That D'Mello guy is my new signing but my 17 year old kid will probably be my starting keeper. He's 6ft 10- what a beast.
Defenders
Defence look pretty solid- hopefully won't concede as many goals this season.
Midfielders
Patil, George and Fernandez are the only ones with any quality- the rest are shit.
Strikers
Diaz and Libonatti should beast it again, especially with a pre season and that with us this season.

Managed to talk him into staying by saying we're going to win the league within 2 seasons, absolutely no chance.

I know right. Diaz and Libonatti are both earning £2k a week after tax meaning they're practically billionaires compared to our fans (well not really but you know what I mean).

My first job offer in this career and it comes from over in England. Hereford who are currently in the Blue Square North offered me the job but there was no way I was going to take them up on the offer. Good to be recognised though- would like to manage in another country apart from England if I get the opportunity though- plan on staying in India for now though.

Second job offer in the space of a few days. This time, BSP side Stockport County were the next to offer me their managerial position. Another rejection though, want to make a name for myself in an obscure country such as India or Singapore before going to England.

Back in administration and fully expect my Argentinian superstars to be poached by other clubs within this league. If we sell them, we'll probably get out of administration but then again, we'll probably get relegated as my Indian lot are terrible.
Like Diaz, Libonatti has decided that he wants to leave as well. Fortunately I managed to bullshit him that we will win the league within two seasons. In other words, they'll both be sold in the Summer, maybe earlier.

Nine matches gone and we are sitting in 7th position, something I'm pretty impressed with. We are scoring quite a few goals, mainly due to my Argentinian's but then again, the Indian's aren't doing too bad either. We are still conceding too many goals which we will need to sort out, looking at bringing in some more defenders from the free agent market.
We are predicted to finish 9th, so if we stay like this we will of beaten our target.

Now all three of my Argentinians want to leave the club.
Diaz is a right moaning little fucker but unfortunately he's my best player. Every team talk I do he seems pissed off so I've decided to put him on the transfer list. Two sides from the Argentinian second division have expressed an interest of taking him on loan but I will only accept a permanent deal for him.
After only half a season with us, my centre midfielder Fernandez has also asked for a move. A lot of my players have been moaning about the finances and how it's affecting them on the field, bore off. Hopefully we can stay up and keep these Argies, can't see it happening though.

With eight matches to go, we sit four points above the relegation zone. It is apparent that the Indian Arrows can't get relegated for some reason which I don't have a clue why. As you can see from my results, Fernandez, Diaz and Libonatti pretty much hold the side together, unfortunate that they all want to leave.
It's January now so the Argies will probably all leave before the season is over. I will probably be looking to jump ship if I lose the Argies, may look at jobs in Singapore or China.

Despite my terrible finances, I've decided to stay here another year (if I manage to stay up).

Season completed and we've somehow managed to stay up, all this despite being in administration all year and a terrible run of form. We only managed to win one match in eight and it all went down to the last day. Going into the last day, we still had the possibility of getting relegated but managed to stay up.
Hopefully in the upcoming season, we can get some financial help and try and stay in the league and hopefully try and push on some of my younger players- hopefully keep the Argies as well.

Goalkeepers
17 year old, Riad was my starting goalkeeper for the season and performed really well for us, especially considering his age. D'Mello has brought in at the start of the season and was expected to be my number one but wanted to give the young kid a chance.
Defenders
Gaikwad and Dalim were my main defenders, the others just slotted in and played whenever. Dalim impressed, especially considering he's only 17. Gaikwad is a regular for the national side.
Midfielders
None of my midfielders really impressed, once again. However if I were to pick any out, it would probably be the young kid; Patil, Fernandez the Argie and George who ended up playing for the Indian national side.
Strikers
Diaz and Libonatti were my star strikers for the second season running as we somehow managed to keep hold of them. Without them, we would of definitely been relegated. However I will look to sell them both in the Summer to raise funds and bring in some more foreigners.

After two seasons, 651 days and 110k richer in my personal bank account I have decided to resign as manager of Air India. After looking at my finances, I have decided that it's too much effort with this squad- I struggle to even win a game. I will be looking to stay in India but may look abroad if the opportunity comes along.
