My girlfriend watches that and I cant stand it, that Meredith is the most annoying character on any show ever

You know who deserves an applaud? The person who gets all the fit birds to stand around the interview seat on Top Gear.

Yeah I knew that, you can see the waitresses baby bump in 'The Gang goes to Jersey Shore' but they completely ignore the fact she's pregnant.

Right in the prime.

Well, nearing the end of the prime. But still.

Watched series 1 & 2 of Luther on Netflix over the weekend and just started watching the 3rd series, really like it but find it abit unbelievable sometimes how he just makes massive leaps to solve certain cases.

Because a homicide detective being best buddies with a psychopathic killer isn't unrealistic at all.

Luther is a great show, sad to see it end, but if Neil Cross gets his way there will be a movie, saw an interview last year where he said he had it all planned out and almost written.

I felt the last season suffered from only having Alice in one of the episodes. Other than having Idris Elba as the lead, the quirky relationship between Luther and Alice was the only thing that truly separated it from all the generic British crime dramas out there.

Just finished the last episode of Orange Is The New Black. It's really, really good. Good storytelling, smart performances and it feels very fresh for a television show set in a prison, which is no small achievement. Watch it.

Dexter

Thoroughly enjoyed Season one and two as they were lifted from the book obviously, but since then I've just been going along for the ride.

It's the final season so I'm just seeing it out.

It's good.

I find Piper really annoying though, but she's hot and she lezzes off a bit so it all evens out.

I still love Dexter. Thought it struggled a bit after the Trinity season, but I think it has slowly got better.

Really enjoying Season 8 so far. I think it's a hell of a lot better than most other shows at this stage.

Just started Ray Donovan to fill the gap as I wait for SOA and Supernatural to come back.

I watched the first couple of episodes of Friday Night Lights. It's about a high school American Football team.

In the pilot their star QB makes a tackle and paralyzes himself. The TV show continues as if the viewer is still meant to care about the match, It's bizarre. It seems to put surgeons attempting to fix some kid's spine on an even emotional level with whether the team can win with their sub QB. His girlfriend is the only one to go the hospital. Everyone else remains at the game and celebrates when they win. PRIORITIES PEOPLE.

Don't give a fuck about the series, but the film of the same name is one of the best sports films ever made.

Oh, and highlighting the warped priorities of small Texan football towns is one of the key elements of the film and the non-fiction book it was based on.
