Pellegrinis comments after the game were baffling. Seemingly saying the players weren't motivated because it was cold. Yaya was again poor. Agree with Kompany though that it was ridiculous that City fans were banned.

The Roma result helped City, City should be on 5 and Roma on 4 points after the next round. Then City need to match or better Romas result away to CSKA with their home game against Bayern so that they can go to Roma last game of the group just needing a draw.

I think it'll be close. I'd still back Madrid to win, maybe 2-1, but wouldn't be surprised either if it ended a draw.

Playing in an empty stadium should be familiar to City anyway... ho ho ho

Either way, I can see why its difficult for Uefa. Playing the game in front of an empty stadium is as much a financial punishment as anything else. Letting 3000+ City fans in would negate that, although its obviously ridiculous that the fans that were let in were CSKA ones.

About 1,000 'delegates' all dressed in Inter tops and flags.
