15 million 3/4 years ago is still too much for Bolasie.
Poe
Could have had Sissoko instead
Sam
Looks like Claudio Bravo to City will be done later this week. Four year deal.
Number 1
Allegedly Palace's first choice of a replacement.
BR.
What next for Joe Hart then I wonder? Despite a few shortcomings he's far too good to be sat on the bench, just not sure what other club he could go to.
Ninja
I love how fans of all teams are falling over themselves to send Palace their rejects.
'They can have Benteke.'
'No. They can have Young.'
'No. They can have Sissoko.'
Franck
Newcastle.
Shedender
I believe he's been linked with Everton.

Somebody has to.
Although for now they've denied that and moved on to 2/3 other teams (Everton was linked this morning).

Also, Watford are supposedly signing Pereyra from Juventus...that would be quite a snatch?
Eric Portapotty
I genuinely fear that we'll fall out of the top 4 this season, too many sides have improved this offseason and I don't think we have the depth or mentality to catch up.
Sam
He'll leave next summer anyway, but still.

How on Earth have Liverpool managed to get their money back for him?
Carroll.
Franck
Because while he's a complete misfit for Liverpool he's exactly the kind of striker Palace have been looking for, and has been discussed here before, £28m isn't what it was as recently as last year.

I really should stop getting a bit bewildered by the worth of transfers for BPL clubs given that bottom this year earns the same as what the PL champions got last season. But even so, its a proper cash orgy. In 2010, when Palace nearly went under, their total debt was just over £30million - since rescuing the club and getting a bargain basement team scraping into the PL, those new owners have hit the fucking jackpot. Same with Bournemouth.
That initial bid, if true, is pretty delusional thinking, mind.
Meanwhile, Sunderland have signed Pienaar - who I thought had retired - while Kaboul is likely to join Watford, as is Roberto Pereyra. Lescott has turned down Rangers... must be content to stay in Villa's reserves.
Shedender
He reportedly failed his medical. They could offer a deal to Senderos though instead.
Grimnir
I heard it was personal terms that he failed?
Poe
Anybody know anything about him bar he was below average for Sunderland last season?
bmg033
He's very quick and can run up and down the pitch all day, only made one substitute appearence for us so I haven't really seen much of him to be honest. Do you know if it's a permanent or loan deal?
Number 1
I've heard good things about Alan Judge, who has also been linked with Newcastle today, but the fact he's injured until November is hardly a helpful sign.
Shola
Don't understand Benitez at all - rotates the squad heavily in August - yet willing to buy an injured player?

Seeing as Judge has the claim given by reporters and fans of being one of the best players of the division, I guess there must be thinking of it being better to have him on board and familiar with the team set-up. Although apparently it helps he's in the last year of his deal so less of a fee. Plus if Siem de Jong can pass a medical then someone with a double break in his leg surely can.

Tim Krul has been linked with a move to Ajax, replacing Jasper Cillessen who could be on his way to Barca.
BR.
Did he ever even play? You've certainly made some odd signings from Ligue 1 the last few years.
