It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

It's a large file and it does take a while to get going. Extracting all 13GB+ of it and the just under half a million images can take a while, yeah

Yes. I have followed the instructions from going through 'library' by pressing alt to deleting cache and all those stuffs inside the in-game preferences. The things is when I try to refresh my skin data inside the game, it doesn't seem to load anything because there is no lag. I don't think the game is reading the graphic files and I was suspecting the OS for not giving the permission...

There's a weird glitch when you have to "Force" a refresh, try choosing a different skin to get it to refresh. ... Or... In Preferences, tick / untick the clear cache option (I can't remember which way round it is set up by default). Then you can shift+R to refresh the skin from anywhere in the game.

In addition to what Rowan said, can I have a look at the inside of the megapack folder? Just want to be sure it's fine in there. And what do you get in-game when you look at a player (e.g. Harry Kane)? Do you see an empty space or the black default face?

The mega cutout face pack. When I used a password unlocker it wont let me unlock the file as it says there is no password but it is still asking for one. I was able to download the megapack changes file out but can not get the big one.
It says "Can't analyze. it is fully encrypted archive."

That's bizarre because it's not password-protected. Which program are you using to extract it? Apologies, I wasn't entirely clear when I asked what file you downloaded. Did you download the torrent or the whole 13GB pack?

The whole 13GB file. Im using UnRar windows to extract it. The full 13GB pack will not extract but the latest changes file extracted fine but now I am missing the original faces that were in the game. I have deleted and downloaded 5 times, same issue.

That's Unrar. Try Winrar. I don't know what to tell you, there is no password protection on the file and I have no idea how it's appearing like that for you
As for sending the pack to you via email, not sure which mail servers will allow a 13GB file to be transferred

How large is the file you've downloaded? That error message usually appears when the file isn't fully downloaded.
