It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Where is the iconface supposed to show in that screenshot? Could you explain further to me?
As outlined clearly in the installation instructions, you should have one folder with all update packs merged therein.

should these work on all skins or not as changed my skin and they seemed to have loaded, some skins they work some they dont…strange..any way of getting them to work on every skin
I suppose the faces you are seeing now with the new skin are just the normal ones. The icon faces are the tiny ones you see when you right-click on a player.

Can you post a screenshot of you right-clicking on a players name and the face not showing up?

Hi!
I've decided to install FM22 recently gifted by Epic Games Store so it's a fresh installation. I've downloaded cutout MegaPack 2022.00 torrent but in the extraction process WinRar asked me to overwrite some files with same name. Is this intended? Why two people faces have same name file? If I overwite this files some people will be missed, isn't it?
I don't know the id's for each person so I don't know who of them have bad namefile. I feel I will lose those people anyway. This kind of issues will be solved in the subsequent updates?
Image attached is basically a winrar prompt where I've to choose to mantain, rename or overwrite an already extracted file with a new one with same name file. File properties like date and size are diferent, and if I open them with an image viewer they are photos from diferent people.

Updated for me as well now without clearing cache, might have to try that next time. I think with most updates it takes like 1 or 2 days for them to get updated, so it's not a new thing.

@antoniss, why do you have a faces folder and an iconfaces folder here too? What's in them? You should have only the ones in sortitoutsi and add any update packs in those folders.

It's important you understand my questions and take note of the details because otherwise we won't get to the bottom of this. Just move the ones I circled elsewhere (e.g. the desktop) and see if the pack works please.

If you scroll to the bottom of the folder, you should also have this config file. If that's not in, you're better off just deleting everything and installing the pack again

Within the graphics folder, can you do a search of 29179241 (which is Haaland's UID) and post the results in the manner outlined below?
This can be achieved by posting the UID in the red circle, choosing the view tab via the blue circle, the details option in the black circle and making sure the folder column in the green circle is long enough to display the full path.
This will help me see if there is one or more other folders in your user data folder which contains one or more other facepacks…
