ALL Issues with premium membership including cancelling- post here[read the opening post before posting]

@Footygamer Hey, speaking of separate products I purchased Premium Membership thinking it included the Data Update but didn't realise that wasn't included. 

Would it be possible to get a refund for that please?

Due to the mess off FM26 I've gone back to 24 and bought premium but it's not letting me download the dynamic player upgrades and is asking me to pay again. I bought it around two hours ago. Am I being inpatient or is it really true I have to re buy the dynamic download?

I'm just giving you the facts nothing more and It is not something I have a say in. But yes you have to pay twice. “premium” membership is for access to our servers and then you have to pay to get access to “enhanced” data update as well. 

Ok bit misleading, if I pay again will I have it forever and will it keep being updated even if FM26 is out?

Yes we get that a lot and we are trying to make it more clear. Not forever it is once a year, just like the “premium” membership. Yes we plan to keep FM24 alive for a very long time to come 🙂. Due to the release of FM26 it is paused right now, but it will be active very soon again.

Hello, I was charged to my credit card 6 hours ago today for a recurring premium membership that I wasn't notified of.  I don't plan to play football manager anymore. I would like to get a refund for this @Footygamer , Thank you.

Me too, I bought the classic FM update that they released for fm 24, but I now have fm 26, and I didn’t remember that it was a 1 year subscription

Hey there, I did pay the 10 GBP for support yesterday, and it worked with fast downloads yesterday aswell. But whenever I enter the “Data Update page”, I see no download, only the info that I can get it if I pay 10GBP.  - Any solution for this around? - Thank you in advance.

You will have the option of downloading the free version of the Data Update…however, for the enhanced version you will need to make a separate payment. To see the free version you may need to scroll down past the prompts re: the paid version (or it may be over on the right…I don’t recall).

The Premium Membership and Enhanced Data Update are two separate products.

Premium Membership is purely about providing faster, direct downloads. Whilst the Enhanced Data Update provides the version of the Data Update that includes updated CA/PA values for various players.

You may want to get the free version for now and verify you generally like the update/coverage it provides before deciding to invest in the enhanced version. Right at the moment, the FM26 Data Update is still being prepared so everything I’m referring to is more relevant for FM24 at this time. Anyone who does subscribe to the enhanced update, though, will also get access to the FM26 version as part of that subscription once it goes live (any day now).

Hello friends I wanted to download the Arabic language for football manager 2026 from the website arabfm developed qwert2 But before downloading you must subscribe to the membership feature I subscribed and deducted from my card $9.99 and so far I could not download the language and there is no way to communicate with the developer Has anyone faced this problem how can I solve it
