We beat FC Twente 2-0 on Friday night. They were immense. All over us in the first half. Their passing and movement was incredible. But would you expect less from a Dutch side?

I'm not familiar with Twente at all. Was this a strong first 11?

FC Twente | Marsman, Koppers, Wisgerhof, Bengtsson, Janssen, Castaignos, John, Rosales, Gutierrez, Promes

Subs | Boschker, Kuiper, Pelupessy, Zschusschen, Bouma, Breukers, Roseler, Fillinger, Mannes, Vida, Born

Kitchee are the dross I was talking about earlier.

No point playing teams like this.

they are the last team on the tour, i guess its just a warm down or some such. Also there's plenty of reasons to play a team like this, admittedly mostly commercial.

City currently hammering Milan 3-0 after 25 mins. Silva, Richards and Kolarov scoring. Jovetic, Navas and Fernandinho all looking really good.

Fernandinho's pass here was awesome

Had a feeling something wasn't right there - Milan couldn't have picked a worse line-up, barely a reserve team with the exception of a couple. Still decent for City though.

The Italian teams are a week or two behind the English fitness wise so there's little point in trying to make it competitive, they may as well field the reserves and let them get some minutes under their belts.

That Petagna kid that got their third's meant to be a real talent as well.

Sounds like they're taking it seriously after their reserves were humped by Newport Country.

5-0 now, Benteke on the scoresheet, so it must be a decent 11.

What's Aston Villa starting eleven?

First Half;
Steer, Vlaar, Baker, Bacuna, El Ahmadi, Agbonlahor, Luna, Delph, Benteke, Burke, Weimann.

Second Half;
Guzan, Lowton, Clark, Helenius, Carruthers, Grealish, Westwood, Sylla, Donacien, Gardner, Herd.

It finished 5-0. Delph, Agbonlahor, Benteke, Grealish and Gardner. Gardner's was a wonderful 35 yard free kick.
