I had to sign him for Sunderland after his unreal performance for Thailand where he scored 5 goals in a game against my India side. He is not going to get a work permit since Thailand has a low FIFA world ranking. So we will do our best to get him a work permit in time, if that doesn't happen, we will sell him for hopefully a good profit after a few loans maybe.
