FM 23 Editor - Steam Corrupted File

Hi all, can anyone help me with the Editor. I've downloaded from Steam about a dozen times, and the editor file itself is damaged and can't be installed. PLEASE HELP.

In Steam, right-click the editor and select properties. Then choose the local files tab, and click the verify integrity of tool files button.

Wait, @mons. They were validated when I checked yesterday, but today it says all 47 files failed to validate.

And now it says all 50 validated….

Validate them, close Steam, start it up again and try loading up the editor at that stage, see how it goes.

Same result: editor is damaged and can't be opened.
