Had a break from this but I am back with it now !Gutted to lose this we were the better team but we defended really poorly we should never have conceded 3 goals we did well to score without our 2 best players Kaminski and Proudlock this sets up a last day showdown with Jamaica if we win we qualify a draw or a win for them they do very close ! Lost our last 3 now.

Gutted to be out won the first 2 games but lost the last 4 ultimately not good enough we were missing our 3 best players for this one and struggled it wasn't a very good game and either team could have nicked it but one shot on target when we need a win is not good enough.

Under-pressure then? Sucks but I'm sure you'll turn the form around. KIU as it wasn't the easiest group to be in.

yeah need a few wins starting with the friendlies and cheers mate ! It was tough the El Salvador defeat really cost us!

Very comfortable win ! Just what we needed good to get the opening goal through Will Johnson very early on! And Proudlock who we missed alot against Jamaica scored a fantastic goal right into the top corner after that we didn't really do alot ! But we did enough to look comfortable and hold out

Another positive friendly result when they went 1-0 inside 2 minutes but we turned it around and comfortably won another for Kaminski and Koffie getting his first for us

Tough draw for the gold cup probs the toughest of the lot but having said that we should hopefully get 2nd our game against Trinidad will decide that ! For some reason it is the USA B team and not the USA team which is weird they may play there best players anyway but if not then Mexico should walk the competition and our group! And if you look at the past winners no one but Mexico and USA have won it.

Our Under did very well under a new manager again coming 4th and qualifying for the world cup!

Well our 3 warm up friendlies for the gold cup matches could have gone better and I am disappointed with the performances really but a loss,win and draw are ok we were hammered by Burkina Faso and were awful in that one we have a defender who plays for Monaco and just moved for £2.5 million yet he looks no where near it. Next us was a thumping win over Cyprus 1st half we were awful and it was a good job our keeper was on form 2nd half after a formation change we were excellent scoring 4 ! Campbell got his 1st for us too. The final friendly was a poor game and it was good to see Kaminski score again

The scoreline wasn't as convincing as I would have liked but the performance was very good and they rarely threatened at all so it should have been more in the end we won due to a header by my right back off a corner unfortunately Trinidad managed to nick a 0-0 with Mexico meaning if we don't beat them in teh next game we are as good as out huge game !!

Great win on my 50th game a really important win ! Means we qualify for the 1/4 finals with 2 wins we had it all wrapped up inside the 1st half and too be honest it should have been more but they did grab a goal back late on which was disappointing Kaminski scored after just 20 seconds due to a keeper mistake and the own goal was comical header from about 25 yards !

Cheers mate am very pleased to get through the group a point against Mexico to win the group would be fantastic can't see it though. Still a quarter final place is very good!

Poor way to end the group but I expected to lose and we were dominated I rested a number of our better players for the quarter final so in the end Mexico top the group with us 2nd!

Tough draw really they came 2nd in their group but got to the semi finals last gold cup I hope we can progress but it is going to be tough

Have alot to post up and will kick things off with an Amazing win was really pleased with this game in the 1/4 final we were much the better side Costa Rica were very poor but we were excellent I played Proudlock in an advanced free role and he was amazing and thoroughly deserved his goal in injury time we even missed a pen which would have made the scoreline even higher!

Very tough draw I really didn't want his would have loved Trinidad and Tobago shows how tough our group was 3 out of the 4 teams from our group are in the semi finals !

We got absolutely hammered by Mexico they are a quality team with Hernandez and Fierro up front Fierro got 25 goals in 20 games for PSG last season and he scored a hat trick his 2nd goal was absolutely fantastic brilliant chip over the keeper we were well in it tbh though at 1-0 then my keeper kicked it straight to Fierro on the edge of the box and he tapped it in Teibert then hit the post and the young right winger O'Conner was sent off and that knocked all the stuffing out of us.

Will be a Jamaica V Mexico final!

Which was won my Mexico Hernandez and Torres off the bench get the goals!

Here are all the awards sadly we didn't win anything I think Mattocks from Jamaica deserved to be in the team of the tournament and Proudlock should have a case too! Also a great free kick by Medina for Mexico against us in the group stage was the goal of the tournament I think Fierro goal against us should have been in there too!
