I'm a pretty big fan of Forza and racing games in general, but the last open world one I played was Test Drive Unlimited 2, which was simply terrible and not a touch on the original and Forza simply doing a TD:U but with Forza mechanics isn't going to be enough.

That the driving physics are basically straight out of Need For Speed and nothing like the other Forza games.

Well thats a massive let down. Figured they might fuck it up somehow the moment they started talking about 'bonus points' for near crashes and drifting.

Odd, as in the developer diaries they say they were basically just using the Forza physics engine, but only making alterations for different surfaces/terrain.
