Playing as Norwich, Johan Elmander (on loan from Galatasaray) has picked up a hip injury, the choice being for him to see a specialist or see a physio. Basically, he's out around 3 months. However the physio is recommending that I terminate the loan, and send him back. And I don't even have the choice to pay for specialist treatment and keep him at the club.

This sucks, as Elmander is obviously a pretty important player for us, and he's on loan for the season, so three months isn't the entire duration of the loan.

Also worth pointing out I can continue the game, but Elmander's status just says 'awaiting treatment'. Do I really have to send him back?

Na just keep him if you want to, physio is only saying that as he wont be able to play for a while. Its the same as when one of your players gets injured when they're loaned out, your physio always says call him back but i rarely do.
