So many of the storylines are hilariously ludicrious but it was strangely compelling.

I fucking loved Dream Team. I remember the anxious wait to see who had survived until season nine after that mental Scottish manager blew up the coach at the end of the previous season.

Yeah, I would have loved to have seen it on DVD eventually, will never happen though.

Anywhere to watch it online?

Haha. I'm almost offended that you'd think I thought Joe Hart was that good.

Thibaut on the other hand, he's fucking brilliant.

Aye but not for a while. He's been on a downward spiral since the Dortmund game in 2012.

New stadium problems
Looks like we're going to have to play a season in an alternative stadium. Not sure where that would be though as I can't see any nearby teams willing to let us use their stadium. I'd love it to be Ipswich because that would be a bit nearer to where I live, but its probably too far away.

EDIT: Wembley, Olympic Stadium and MK Dons are being mentioned as possible moves.

The Olympic Stadium will be closest and I'd imagine an easier option, depending on West Ham's opinion. Wembley has been mentioned too, although that's unlikely with all of the other events that go on there which would interupt the season, NFL and the like

I don't think West Ham would be open to sharing the Olympic Stadium, not least given the furore about who was gonna take it over.

I thought the deal was Wembley for big games and Milton Keynes, Brighton or Ipswich for the rest.

Arsene admitting that he wanted to take Welbeck on loan. So effectively we managed to sell a player we didn't want to sell to a team that didn't want to buy him for a very mediocre fee.

That's impressively inept.

He said initially he was only available on loan, but Wenger wanted to loan with an option to buy. But it was the choice of a loan or a permanent move in the end, and I'm glad we got him on a long term deal for a very decent fee.

Yeah, I think welbeck forced a permanent move through because he wanted his future sorted rather than up in the air after his loan in 1 years time and we reluctantly allowed him to. All of which is very noble, but it's a football club not a charity and we should have told him he's not allowed to leave to a direct rival unless they make a suitably ludicrous offer. It's a somewhat similar situation to the Mata one in January but you didn't see Chelsea caving in.
