It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Before you do so, check in your megapack folder for the filenames with the UIDs of the players being mentioned. If they're there already, then it's probably only a config issue and all you'd need is to generate a new one using FMxml.

Can you try restarting your modem just in case? If the error still persists, can you please put up a screenshot of the error message and the page it's displayed on? So that I can forward it to the site administrator to see what the issue might be...

Right, look in your megapack folder for 13134369 and 13134371. If the images are there, then it is definitely a config issue.
In that case, just download this file, which is the latest config from 7.07, and place it in the megapack folder, overwriting the existing file.
Also make sure that your in-game preferences look like this:

Go to "Preferences" -> "Interface" -> Select "Show screen IDs in Title Bar to assist skinning" -> "Confirm". Your preferences should like this...
... And the next time you load your save you should find the player IDs next to their names, like so...

That is not his UID in the database and that's probably from an editor data file which adds him to the database. There are two images for Odegaard in the megapack: one with his old 15.0 UID and one with his new 15.3 UID.

Some Faces or images don't appear in the game, and I have their photos in the megapack folder..
Can somebody help me..
For example, I have the Images of César (19215493) from Benfica and Tanaka (45025740) from Sporting but somehow they do not appear in the game..
And yes, I have the Whole Megapack with 218.527 images.

I have acquired images via the internet of these players and tinkered with them using Adobe Photoshop as best as I can although can't seem to resize them to 180 x 180 as per other Megapack images. saved them as 'png' format.
edited config file to reflect them with correct IDs to conform with those generated by editor.
done all the usual under preferences within game, But they don't show up! not only that but all images have been removed. RE-copied config back up and tried again and all images reappear but obviously not these three new ones. on the face of it, appears to be a config issue. But I seem to remember doing this before without any issues. What am I doing wrong? don't see why i need to create a separate config for these. wouldn't have a clue anyhow. I've attached them if anyone can take a look , I'd really appreciate it coz it's driving me nuts.

Put these three images in a new folder, anywhere within the graphics folder but not within the megapack folder, named something like my images, for example. Download fmXML and generate a new config just for these three images. Should do the trick
