Champion and runner up from: Brazil, Portugal, Galicia and Angola
Champion from: Mozambique, Guinea Bissau, Cape Verde, West Timor, Macao and St Tome and Principe

Amateur caltic nations cup, with 2 teams for each of:
Brittany teams from french 4th tier
Galician and asturian teams from spanish 4th tier
Scotland 3rd tier
Ireland 2nd tier
Wales and North Ireland 1st tier
Cornwall whatever tier
