Player Name & Number shirt graphic

Sorry to ask another question chaps.

I've seen a fee screenies where there is a square with a shirt colour background with a players name and number on on a players information screen.

How do I get this as I've never found it. Is it a skin ?

Yes mate, i normally download a skin and it appears. Haven't downloaded a skin for fm17 yet, but I'm sure when i do it will appear (most skins) anyway..
