@StuartNG Could you not find a larger source image for this player? This is a repeated issue with your requests that has to be brought up very often, with how long you've been contributing to the site you should know by now that you need to be requesting the largest/best possible quality source images and not a low resolution version.

One other thing to note, is that if the player's head is at a slight angle, it's better to rotate it so that the eyes are (more or less) horizontal. If you can't do it in Photopea or another image editor, then a site like this might help. RT7's edit of your Jordan Zirkzee cutout (and the rotated source images they posted in other comments) demonstrates what I mean.

Source images should be in their original size (or as large as possible). It's only completed cutout images that need to be at either 250*250px (for when the source image is of good quality) or 180*180px (for when the source image is too small or too low quality).

@fancska992 This one is too small as well. Try to look for the best possible source images – the one you posted for Dmitriy Makar is an excellent source image, so I assume other Isloch players/staff might have sources that big too.

@imagineTK The same goes for the images in this pack that I'm rejecting; the image dimensions have been squashed.

@imagineTK You've squashed the image dimensions so his face is way too wide. Take care to avoid doing this - when you're resizing an image, (depending on your software) there might be a “constrain proportions” or “maintain aspect ratio” checkbox, or holding the Shift key when resizing might affect it.

@imagineTK As mons mentioned earlier, every cutout must include a collar.

Of your links I think the first one is better, because the top of the head is cut off in the second one which should be avoided.

If you open the image in a new tab you get a URL like this one. Remove the part in red:

However, it's important to note that “2022” in this case refers to images from the 2021-2022 season; you'll need to replace that with “2021” for images from 2020-2021, and so on, and “spieler” needs to be replaced by “trainer” for coaches/managers.

Second source I've uploaded is bigger but a tiny bit blurrier, posted both just in case.

If you use the Firefox browser, you can open the images in a new tab if you click on the player. Unfortunately Leverkusen's player images only seem to be uploaded in this size, which might be large enough for a 180px cutout but isn't large enough for 250px.

@hurstca You can get much larger size images from Saltdean United's website by going to the players' profile pages, rather than using the small thumbnail images that are on the squad page.

@Baja Do you know if this new cutout is the correct person? Doesn't look like the same person to me.

Just fyi, you'll need to tag @mons if you notice an issue like this, otherwise comments can easily be missed when there are lots of cutouts being submitted.

@mons Current MP cutout is Lion Semic and has already been submitted there.

@mons Rejected image is from 2018. There are some other images in this pack that are duplicates because the person was already in FM21/earlier (e.g. Mehmet Ibrahimi for one example), just to make sure you don't overwrite newer cutouts with old ones saved in your no-ID folder 😉

@mons Just fyi with cutouts from this team, there's an area of highlight on the side of the face that has been removed and needs to be restored

Would either of these sources from the PSG site be improvements? The first link is the source for the current MP cutout, but better quality.

@justapo When the current cutout is only a year or two old, high quality (250px) and the person's appearance is very similar, there's no point in submitting a lower quality 180px cutout.

Firstly, “Completed” doesn't mean it will automatically be added, it just means it will be considered. @mons looks through each submission and compares them with the current images after they're marked as Completed.

Secondly, if you think there's something wrong with this cutout, you're welcome to leave constructive feedback on how to improve it, or for how the cutter can improve their technique. It could definitely benefit from being rotated slightly counter-clockwise, for example. (fyi @D_i_M_o_N - see the video below for how to do this)

@ibrahim1717 Please don't submit any 100x100px cutouts, especially when they're just smaller versions of cutouts that have already been submitted. Not only are they too small but they're also redundant.

@hawkarain Just something to keep in mind, you've left a little bit too much room above the top of the head in this cutout – there's no need to leave a gap of more than 2 or 3 pixels 🙂
