Can you elaborate on “I don't like the first source , it looks like a photo reconstructed on photoshop”? The exposure of the photo (and the other SM Caen player photos) is a bit too bright in my opinion but otherwise it's completely fine.
The second is blurry compared to the first - screencaps of a video are generally inferior to professional-quality photoshoots.
For the third, it's not necessarily that he is sweating, but because he is looking away from the camera. “Action shots” of players during matches are to be avoided wherever possible because of this reason, as well as that they are likely to be blurry, because the player is in motion and the photographer has to take the photo quickly instead of having time to get a sharp focus in the image.

Trying to embed a streamable video (this one) doesn't work for me, I get a “This media URL is not supported” message. Additionally, the box for inputting the media URL is cut off at the edge of the comment box:

@TiagoSeattle If you used remove.bg to cut this source image, you'll need to crop to the area around the face first, otherwise if the image dimensions are too large (larger than 500px*500px), it will be resized to a smaller version.
These videos show how to do that:

Uploaded a larger version of the source (from here) 😉
I think it would also be better to crop the sides closer to the main hair edge - perhaps cutting off a couple of tiny single hair strands. There's a bit of a gap in @bakizp's cutout.

@BBB-Croatia One thing I'd like to point out - it's worth checking to be sure that the player doesn't have a recent cutout. In this case the one you cut is from the same source as the cutouts used for the 12.16 and 13.00 megapack versions 👍

Managed to get an uncropped, larger version from that source 😉 (Removed “-16x9” from the end of the URL and changed “630” to “1024”)

@Malik Djouadi The source image you were trying to request hasn't been uploaded correctly - make sure you're uploading an image and not a link to a webpage.

I don't understand what you mean by ‘missing pixels', can you be more specific? Regardless, wherever possible, the subject of the cutout should be looking directly at the camera. Because his head is tilted downwards and he's looking away from the camera, it isn't useful as a source image.
I also disagree - your source is not “clearly” superior by any means. The fidelity of the image is poor; because it is a screencap from a video and not a photograph from a professional photoshoot the source has been compressed too much, and the cutout is blurry. I've viewed both cutouts resized to 500px and the only “obvious difference” I can see is that the blurry edges of the hair in your cutout become more apparent… 😕
The image being at 300dpi (dots per inch) is also completely irrelevant - dpi is used for sizing images for printing, and isn't used for computer screens. Instead, images on computer screens are determined by pixel dimensions. Web images are at 72 by “default” and there's no need to change it from that unless you're printing out the cutout images.

@derd24 This is a Source image, not a Game Ready one - please submit images under the correct type in the future 🙂

@RJK10 The existing cutout is from November and is excellent quality; the source you submitted is very low quality and his appearance is the same, so this isn't an improvement.

@rekooner2 Avoid leaving so much space above the head, only 2-3px is enough.

@alomiler Can you post the source images you used for the recent Hertha/Leverkusen cutouts? They're all blurrier than the existing cutouts for these players, which means I don't think that they'll be improvements.

@cunex99 Remember to export the cutout with transparency

@mattdonne Remember that cutouts should be 250*250px 👍

@mattdonne You've left a bit too much space above the top of the head - there should only be 2 or 3 pixels of space above it.

@JoeMoon1506 Remember that all cutouts MUST include some of the collar. I don't know why you keep not including it since you've been cutting for a long time now… 😕

@DDDNikolaj Better, but this time you've left too much space above the head - try to make sure that you don't leave more than a couple of pixels above it. 😉
