The megapack was already released before that cutout was uploaded. There's just a small delay between @mons uploading the megapack for release, and the megapack cutouts being available on the timeline pages.

@Robert Clifton  good work, but please remember that the cutout dimensions should be 250*250px, or 180*180px where the source image isn't high enough quality.

Please also be aware that that every cut must include a collar. In those cases, use the simple and quick technique displayed in this video to nudge the collar upwards in a natural way and include a collar in the cut.

@Francis Schonarth The edges of your cutouts seem to be a bit jagged - I'm not sure what technique you use, but I recommend using remove.bg to make your cutouts.

@12345cieza Try to crop the cutout closer to the chin in the future, you don't need to leave more than a few pixels below it.

@Messi Mil Grau What technique did you use for this cutout? There's a lot of “snow” (visual artefacts) in the hair, which is very prominent against a dark background. I'd recommend using remove.bg to cut your images, as it automatically creates a good resulting cutout.

@rmbrasil This cutout is rather blurry compared to the source image. I'm not sure what technique you use for cutting, but I'd recommend using remove.bg. (If you did use remove.bg, then be sure to crop the image to the area around the face first when you have a large source image, otherwise you'll get a downscaled, lower resolution resulting cutout)

Rejected the first cutout as it's blurrier than the second cutout

@rmbrasil Also, if you're uploading a lot of cutouts at once, it's probably better to save the cutouts as each person's UID and upload them as a pack, instead of each cutout individually.

@rmbrasil Just something to be aware of - all cutouts must include some of the collar. In cases like this cutout where the person has a long neck, you can use this method to easily move the collar upwards.
 

@ProTenisGambler Your requested image isn't bad quality, but since it's a side-profile image I'm not sure it would be an improvement.

In the future, if there's a parameter like that, try removing it as often that gets a larger image 🙂

@kerem cengiz hhh Because the image is so squashed, this image is useless for making a cutout from. Additionally, the person's face in the original image is quite small anyway which would mean any possible cutout would be low quality.

Please look for and request better quality, larger resolution images that aren't squashed in the future.

@andr3 The player in the current cutout is different to the player in the one you submitted. Do you know which one is the correct person, and if possible who the person in the other cutout is?
