Known bug. Already with a solution (I am not the one who found the solution, but it does work)

you will need to use the resource archiver ( get it from steam if you bought the game there ) extract the graphics.fmf file to your desktop. Once its extracted go to the folder and look for kits. Delete the __restricted__ folder. Go back to resource archiver and create a new graphics.fmf , save it somewhere else and replace the default one with the newly created. Cheers

Open Resource Archiver - browse to your game files, data, and download Sigraphicspc in your pc - open the folder and search for graphics/pictures/kits and delete the file _restricted_, open your Resource Archiver - and archive your Sigraphicspc folder (from your pc) in your game data folder.

You can also copy over:

kits/3d/default

kits/2d/outfield/front/default

kits/2d/outfield/back

kits/2d/goalkeeper

kits/2d/numbers

kits/2d/shorts

kits/2d/socks

Into the same folders in __restricted__ and that would also work fine for the graphics.fmf - without having to merge any config xmls or so.

New pack is out. Not all patches by @Benji_hro are in, but this is a start and patches will be added soon. I need to rework quite a lot to make them higher quality, so it takes a bit more time.

Important: Currently this pack is not working well in FM24 due to a bug that blocks the sleeves from showing up. SI is aware and the bug is likely to be addressed soon. The file does not need to be downloaded again afterwards.

In the Dutch language version, the 'old' Steaua is missing an ‘A’ at the end; but I think this is an error on SI's hand and not on ours? We can maybe correct it (only long name) for the time being.

So that means sleeve badge is gone or was still in the game?

It's in there, also still in the official files but there is a bug and that is why they are not showing up. Will be readded in a patch, but they are already part of the graphics.fmf by SI.

@wfm18 any idea why these are located in a different game folder? That's why they've been missed.

game/graphics/pictures/__restricted__/kits/2d/outfield/front/eng/leicester home.png

vs

game/graphics/pictures/kits/2d/outfield/front/eng/accrington away.png

But as per this post this is going to change to have an optional all_config.xml people can use from now on

I guess they are in the restricted folder because of their sponsoring?

Well couple of weeks and it's fixed. No big deal. They probably did not focus on all of this as it's going to be replaced next year anyway.

I hope they will get rid of 2D kits and add patches with x and y coordinates in the database for each kit, so it just renders and never goes on top of kit design or sponsoring as it does now for certain clubs.

They are included. There is a bug which is stopping them showing up which they haven't bothered fixing.

For me it's good as I have zero time to work on the sleeves haha. But I'm progressing at least.

Interesting to see that this year they downsized the patches back to 1024px and they got the wrong patch for the Eredivisie, the one from 2018-2020 haha

I have downloaded the editor and made a few changes and saved those changes into the editor data folder. When I start the game and go to preferences the tick is on for the in game editor to show on the menu. I can't see it anywhere and I am unable to make an changes.

Anyone able to help?

You only need one color fixing file to cover any kits (SS',FC'12, standard, 3D). any chance you could work together with the people at FC'12…. It just seems like a waste to have multi people working on exactly the same thing 🤷‍♂️🙂

FC'12/FM Slovakia is not interested in partnering with 3D kits nor Standard Kits. So it could be that they have a white kit as away and red as third and 3D (and therefore Standard Kits) and SS could have it the other way around.

I convert 3D to Standard Kits, meaning the 3D kit color fix should also apply for Standard Kits.

The best way the community could work is:

Community only creates 3D kits and colorfixes for those
We convert 3D kits into different 2D types (Standard, FC'12, SS, any new type we can create)

Only that way everything is 1:1 mapped; and all kits created are created for all types (as African leagues for example are available in FC'12 format but not in 3D, hence not in Standard Kit format).

I hope SI gets rid of 2D kits alltogether for FM25 and we only see rendered 3D kits in the game.

Now added with 2024.02 that got live on Sunday.

Enjoy the kits - we're still struggling with the kit color fixing as there are issues with the Editor, so that might take longer than expected. @Jamaicaman90 will be in charge and deserves all praise and credit!

Within a couple of hours, as they are always bloody fast. They need to work on all the .fmf files as the Editor just became available. Hard work is being put in by @mons, appreciation is appropriate.

I have downloaded the brilliant standard kit megabuck and I am loving it, but I have noticed some teams who already had licensed kits from the start now do not show correctly as you can see by screenshot below. How do I get these back?

This is Yeovil right? It's not part of the megapack. If you are using a FM23 save in FM24 the kit colors will be wrong and kits might be missing, maybe that is your issue.
