I think it makes a lot of sense just to add them to the regular downloads since they use the same config.xml file. Then its up to downloadmakers to include for example LaLiga goalkeeper kits into their LaLiga pack. However, we might need more of a 'megapack' for all licensed leagues in FM26/FM27 as they do not need standalone packs per league.
I see FM26 more of an experiment and FM27 as the first true version. Maybe @Footygamer we can also include the goalkeeper kits into the submission system for 3D?

Amazing quality! Looks like for FM27 we’ll have the most important kits already done at release date. Primary focus obviously Spain 1+2 and the missing Italian clubs. I expect those to be unlicensed again

This is something that @kitcreator has achieved already by altering the live database with a json file!

I think the main thing that needs to happen here is that we have a 3d PNG file to json tool that helps with extracting colors and patterns, some kind of machine learning algorithm that makes color fixing much easier/faster.

I know that @Bluestillidie00 and @kitcreator worked on this but hit a roadblock as it was very difficult to map them (shirt alignment under the arm pit) on top of the FM26 model. But maybe by tagging they see this and can help out here.

@BassyBoyYT would it be possible to also create something similar for the captain armband? That could become a nice megapack, especially if we could extract it from FC26/PES textures.

How did you mod these in? Is there a way we can for example add ‘gk’ kits to the config files we already use today? So we have kit_textures/gk next to kit_textures/home and away for example.

Doesn't make much sense as goalkeeper kits are not in the game. I expect if they were @bolid74 would do wonders with a couple Nike/Adidas templates as they basically all use one or two variants and copy paste across all their respective clubs and national teams. Maybe FM27/FM28, depends on SI. I don't necessarily think goalkeeper shirts are the primary things missing in FM.

Folks, please add the season as well to the kits. So we know if they are 25-26 or 26-27.

I think the main problem is that the conversion output is not correct, rather than it being a wrong thing to do. With FM24 we had a much better conversion quality, whereas ideally only collars and some issue fixing only needed to happen to make them go from a 0 to a 7 out of 10.

I suggest to build a FM26>FM24 format converter. We should not create new FM24 kits IMO

Just FYI, the alignment on long sleeves needs some work.
How did you create these @Ibarra? Are these coming from some PES designs maybe? There are quite some templates by bolid74 that for example this Al Nassr away kit can be created from.

Yes, all licensed in FM26 and therefore not in this pack. This pack adds so many clubs (see above) and missing Women's kits for the Men's teams that are in the game.

Really impressive output. Nice mate. Indeed speeds up workflow massively and I must say the FM26 template is also quicker to fill compared to previous FM templates.
