Pictures are just too small in size and low in quality to make decent enough edits

i dont play fm26 so it'll be a little more time consuming matching the pictures to the correct IDs but can still do it. If i upload them to their FM26 profiles, wouldn't they still need to be manually changed to work in the FM24 Data update facepack?

I don't know if that's something to do with Sortitoutsi's website. Next update ill try and sort out free mirrors with the links as soon as I figure out how the hell i do any that haha

You have to make sure no other databases are loaded in alongside mine. Also it is a very big file. Nearly 900,000 database changes so it could be case of your laptop struggling to run it. Maybe lower the database player pool or not as high graphic settings. That's all i can think off I'm afraid

Not possible unfortunately. Many of the new players I've added aren't even in FM26 due to their young ages but the main reason being I refunded FM26. I was one of those people that just hated it so much. I cant justify to myself paying £45 for a unfinished game that's no fun, only for the purpose of being a tool for editing FM24. Sorry dude 😢

I've used and played with the collaborative data update and its great. But there were a few things that stood out to me that broke immersion. (I am OCD so little problems that aren't that big of a deal affect me a bit more than the average person). Many players with incorrect birthdates including players with born in “2023”. Minimal player info, no full names. Accidental spaces in-between first names and surnames. Incorrect nationalities. Missing second nationalities. Not many obscure nations. Wrong skin tones and hair colours, Duplicate player profiles, etc. Its an amazing update and its great that so many people can contribute but sometimes it can be a case of too many cooks, spoil the broth. 

Also at the time i started my original wonderkid database, the big data update had no faces for players and personally I hate using players with no picture

No I didnt actually. I will find a way of contacting them now but if i cant get through to them i have been making my own database whilst using their big one as a tool and ill just upload that one instead

i would say almost definitely not. fm26 cant even handle itself let alone an add on  

Ive started doing a new player face pack with the Id numbers of the big data update. Only done 259 so far but i only started yesterday

Combining loads of different edits, databases, name fixes, etc is always risky as theres so many different variables that can interact with one another. My database has nearly 130,000 changes to it. If just 1 of those changes contradicts something in someone elses database then it can mess everything up

I did every single thing manually. Took a heck of alot of time and effort. I wouldnt know of any tool that could do it unfortunately. Took me like 8 months of work

To get all of them you need a decent laptop or computer cos you be starting a save with a large player database. When you create a save and you adding what leagues you want the database to have, in the top right of the screen you can choose how many players you want in the database or what countries, regions, continents you want players to show up in 

There's SOOOO many different types of databases and fixes that its difficult to say what works and what doesn't when merging. Im not too sure what advice to give im afraid 

I've never done separate files for each update I'm afraid. The only way to differentiate the players from each update is via the PDF list 

Any duplicate players would have to be removed manually via “database changes” in the editor

Cheers mate! If you have the editor you can open up my database and then merge the name fix ones with it and it wont mix up the player unique ID's

I will be busy for a few days as its my birthday tomorrow and have some plans so it'll be a smidge longer than expected but i reckon, rough estimate. A little over a week

The only way this happens is if you have another database change on the go alongside mine. Even the name fix database can interfere with mine

I'm afraid there's a mistake somewhere on your end. I've been doing some test saves for the new update and there's been no problems with Chido's face/info in any of the 10 different saves I've created

Still doing the V.7 update and its a very big one so it wont be released for a little while. I cant find any mistake  with Chido's face. ID is correct, dimensions are 250x250. Picture is up to date, sharp and no remaining background

If you want the facepack to work then you'll have to but if you don't mind not having faces then you don't need to. Just delete the facepack and they'll be blank in game. If you have the editor, merge the databases you want together and check the ID numbers match up but that might take a bit of time getting the hang of if your new

That will be why then. Any other database changes uses hundreds of Unique ID numbers that can interfere with one another. For example if in one database the number 2002043127 is assigned for a European competition name fix, but in the other database the same number is used for a new Czech wonderkid. The game has to change the number to a different one that isn't being used. This isn't a problem unless you have pictures/ assets already assigned to that number. The only way to navigate this is by merging the databases together yourself, using the Editor

Tbh most of the players PA in my database are probably WAAAAYY off 😂 but why not give some players the benefit of the doubt eh 🙂
