You have to self assign each member of staff to your own config its not automatic using newgan manager.

I went through the pack and located many files that are sitting there useless, also noticed a few files that was not included in the config but are in FM24 at least.

the files to delete txt is for anyone to use as reference or can use the .bat version to place into both faces/icons folder once you run it the files on the txt doc will renamed/delete.

ren = rename

del = delete

also included are the icon and faces config just place into the correct folder and rename as config.xml or create your own config.

below is the .bat code

keep them coming i've collected over 6.7k images for 3d kits now its insane although i doubt i'd face all the teams haha

@Duracell.88  @zmaestromo @Plasticine  Those additional fmf files are to be placed into the data folder and load on new games. they're edits that allow for third kits if not in FM or colour changes to match the kits in the packs.

I assumed this so i might locate the missing files from the config and make a pack for deletion maybe?

I was checking the config file for the megapack and noticed that there was desktop image to person 0. so i was wondering more about the config file and noticed that there was more files but less lines of data in the config…

Top config is a fresh config created minus the usual lines of data to start and end - the bottom config was the original with the latest update but it is 297 images shy of the actual number of images in folder.

sortitoutsi\faces - contains 451,500 files
sortitoutsi\icons- contains 451,459 files

20000035949 - this file needs deleting from main folder.

Can you explain what steps you have done?

Did you have a pack installed before? 

one problem i had was uninstall the program then manually delete the folder in the following locations:

Folder to delete is Maradonna (gestalt)

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Maradonna (gestalt)
C:\Program Files\Maradonna (gestalt)\NewGAN-Manager
 

Once i removed all files i then installed the NewGAN Manager > right click on the NewGAN Manager.exe > Properties > Compatability > Run as Administrator > Apply/OK

fc bacau has the wrong UID in the config 2000286704 i believe is correct serie1 3d folder

can we have a new megapack made without the 3d kits?

in the megapack the following kit is 3d but filename doesn't reflect that: 129565_third.png

Keep them coming and maybe i can replace the older kits i have: (6,399 and counting)

@marco talhadas Please update the config as some errors

config in folder Zona Norte:

vianense1 - home and away kits same file selected (change to 2 for away)

varzim3 - change to third kit on config (showing as away)

config in folder Zona Sul:

1dezembro3 - change to third kit on config (showing as away)
amora3 - change to third kit on config (showing as away)

@flut still some blue showing on the social section for some parts
 

updated that, any info on changing this to similar version as the social?

once all of this is done please add it to an alternative as i'm sure others might want the same/similar

@flut so on this image from inbox being dark background and boxes etc

Then i go to the news panel i get this:

can you change the blue to black or clear with a dark background etc?

Paper4 paper 3 and paper2 if I remember correctly just when I go through other sections I've got dark background and boxes etc which appears to be black until I reach news and social sections 

Can you create the twitter section in black rather than blue? same style just different colour

How many faces did that RTF file pickup or in game because i can only see about 13k faces recorded to my knowledge you've not used the option to use duplicates.

Say you have 5k images for European people but in game you have 8k European players the remaining 3k of players would be default or blank without a face.

If this is not the case a quick FM restart has fixed some minor issues.

In folder England levels 7-8 3D'23-24\8 Southern Premier div one Central there is an error either the config needs updating to match the files below:

welvyn_2
 

Or rename the filenames above to match the config:

  <record from="welwyn_1" to="graphics/pictures/team/8325164/kit_textures/home"/>
 <record from="welwyn_2" to="graphics/pictures/team/8325164/kit_textures/away"/>

Latest version or update seems to be different, i'm assuming the all_config is just for everything whereas the config is update version?
 

EDIT: as this pack has many 3d kits inside are we going to have a version that is only SS kits and another version of 3d kits or will this be combination of both?

For anyone using this pack if you have over a certain number of players from the same nation you will stop at the limited number of faces that you have in the folders. If this is the case you're best of using the option allow duplicates in the NewGen manager.

Remember there is only 36k limit with this pack but that is smaller per regen's nationalities etc.

Any plans on a megapack for the 3d kits to match that of the other kits?

i like this megapack etc but my question has anyone got icon version of the faces so i can use icon also?

with so many new images i'm lost on updating my pack so looking forward to an update if available

Hi Flut, it looks better on the eyes as i'm so used to the dark colours, if you do make an alt for next update that'll be great if not no worries.

use this attached to replace ‘socialmedia’ found in: fm2024flutskin_dark\menus
