The ref basically he admits he's wrong, as he sends Remy off, then about two minutes later, he sends Johnson off (within the same incident). Referee totally fucked up. Referee was shite all night as well, booked Sissoko, for blocking a Ruddy clearance, moments after letting a stamp on Debuchy by Snodgrass go.
Can't see any chance of it being overturned, despite Remy not actually doing anything.

Not aimed at you, aimed at the 8 months to loan Remy/11 hours to sell Cabaye. - Newcastle have turned down bids for years for Cabaye. And when Remy rejected Newcastle, they signed Sissoko, Gouffran, Haidara and MYM instead.
Newcastle currently have a 12 point lead over 10th place. Very unlikely any team other Southampton will overtake Newcastle. Swansea/Villa would have to be excellent, and Newcastle awful. Tiote/Anita/Sissoko is still a much better midfield three than anyone in the bottom half. Also Newcastle were miles better than Southampton in the 1-1 draw, without Cabaye.

If FFP does work like that, it's absolutely pointless. Mega Clubs will just bring in players on free transfers and sell them at a 'profit', with no intention of playing them. I'm pretty sure Inter and Milan got in trouble a few years ago for selling each other players at silly fees to improve their books.
