That's why I don't see all the fuss over the Xbox One and used games. Within a couple years most console games will be downloaded anyway.

Because having many sellers is better for customers than one seller.

I really can't see a download marketplace being efficient. Chances are old games will still be priced at £40 or something ridiculous.

PEARCE OUT! AN ENGLAND MANAGER WHO CAN ONLY REACH THE QUARTER FINAL OF A TOURNAMENT IS A DISGRACE. BRING IN HODDLE WHO REACHED THE FINAL 16 AND HATES CRIPPLES.

ALSO SACK HODGSON.

I hope Newcastle have a Brazil style away kit soon.

The yellow Solero kit was no where near as bad as the cyprus green effort, from 05-06.

I can't really see the benefit of England competing in these tournaments. If England win, no one really cares. If England lose - everyone gets really moany and start demanding an autopsy.

This Norway side also turned over France, putting 5 past Varane and co. It's meant to be a good crop I think.

Fellaini is 25, Walcott 24, Wilshere 21 and Chamberlin 19.

They're all young and still have a lot of potential.

25 and 24 isn't that young. Vieira and Henry had both won major international honours by that stage and Vieira was already a key man in a double winning side.

But yeah what TS said.

Arsenal Invincibles and late 90's teams were miles better.

Vieira is one of the greatest PL CM's ever. And he was partnered with either Petit or Gilberto - both World Cup winners.

Then on the wings Ljungberg and Pires both had phenomenal goalscoring records and were absolutely incredible during the whole invincible era. Overmars and Bergkamp were also very, very good players.

Henry probably occupies very similar spaces to Walcott as well, just on the the opposite side.

At least their kit isn't 'intrinsically Liverpudlian' or something stupid.

More to the point though, how much do you reckon a bad kit actually affects sales? I reckon 95% of people who are going to buy a shirt are going to buy regardless of design. They just want the current shirt.

Maybe a really, really shit shirt can actually help drive sales a bit. I'd imagine quite a few people would want the Liverpool shirt as a sort of novelty factor, as it's unique, who maybe don't get around to buying a nicer, but blander shirt.

Welbeck and Zaha are obviously much better, and Sturridge only missed out by a couple of months. Wilshere/Rodwell/Oxlade-Chamberlain would do a better job in the midfield as well. And Kyle Walker and Phil Jones at the back. And Danny Rose is very good too.

I would fancy Sturridge to break the goalscoring record. He looks the type to put 56 goals past San Marino.

I don't think the Unsullied can be set free though. I don't think they understand the concept. And their lives haven't exactly changed. They still seem to serve a leader as soldiers and Missandei still seems to do nothing but bring people drinks.

Danearys seems to be using 1950's US tactics though. Threatening the world with nuclear weapons. To spread her vision of how the world should be.

And she set her the slaves free by using a slave army.

Remember what show you're watching. Humans getting killed off is basically a fundamental of the show. It wouldn't work at all without it. Where as obviously with animals, it's easier to get attached.

But yeah, that episode was incredibly bleak, the sense of doom throughout was pretty thick. It felt more like a Sopranos or Breaking Bad episode at times.

Anyway I really don't get the point of Dany. Her whole thing was basically focused on her being innocent and kind, yet she has now sacked two cities in her quest for power and wants the Iron Throne just as much as Viserys did. She's proved Robert Boratheon was right.

The actual quote I think you mean is:

"None of us is as smart as all of us." ~ is a Japanese proverb, which seems to have mostly been attributed to being said by Kenneth Hartley Blanchard, American author and management expert. But it has been said by a lot of people, changed into different variations such as "none of us is as strong as all of us".

So I guess it probably makes more sense in USA, should of went with

the whole is greater than

THE SUM OF ITS PARTS

Looks like Sunderland have signed a few players;

Cabral - Swiss DM on a free from Basel, 24
Modibo Diakite - Lazio CB on a free, 26
Valentin Roberge - French CB/LB on a free from Maritimo, 25

And El-Hadji Ba looks likely too.

And apparently Sessegon is available for transfer.

It's still a job on paper, which means that you will have something in your CV and technically won't be unemployed when you apply for a different job.
In general it's a whole lot easier for someone who's already employed to get a new job than it is for someone who is unemployed, especially those who are long-term unemployed.

Still wouldn't.
Not because I think I'm "too good" for it, I'm just not cut out for the type of working conditions that'd come with it.

Same with sales jobs, tried it before and realised I'm simply not cut out for that type of work.

Fair enough. Anything but telesales.

Congrats Flash.

Franck, remember that time you said you wouldn't work at McDonalds?

A zero hour contract is fine for me at the moment and I don't think this job is trying to exploit me, it's just the buses don't run early enough. I'm more annoyed how there is a very few jobs in my town and I can't make a short trip to a town only a few miles away.

Hopefully my parents will offer lifts.

Should be illegal being told you can't get a shit/casual job because you don't have a car.

I wouldn't be able to afford a car and be applying for an awful zero hour contract with night shift and early morning shift patterns.

People actually want Shola Ameobi?

Shola Ameobi is a terrific footballer, he is unfortunately injured a lot. And he struggles to play more than 70 minutes. I don't have a clue why he would leave. At a Championship club, he would be first choice but then (most likely) get injured after 3 games of the season.

We would get no transfer fee for him, and would cost a few million to properly replace.

No one gets credit.

Milner at AML in a 4-3-3 seems pointless. Would rather him at CM. And someone with more threat on the wing.

Where is Aaron Lennon these days, he seems to be doing well for Spurs?

That's why it's so hard to understand what happened at QPR - he kept signing completely the wrong kind of player, misjudged the situation horribly.

People will remember his spell at QPR over Rovers and, to a lesser extent, Fulham, though so if he messes up at Stoke it'll probably be the last time he can walk into a PL job.

I saw the theory once the reason he left Fulham, was because they were never going to spend much money. And he has Kia Joorchabian as his agent, so it looks like he's being influenced by agents or something.

8th at Fulham is pretty good though.

Does anyone know what the Pozzo's plans are for Watford?

^ Yeah, previously foreign loans were treated like transfers and were unlimited. But now they're capped. Although Watford claim, they only signed so many loan players, because the takeover took longer than expected. And the club was in a bad state.

Really can't see QPR being anywhere near the top, they're squad will still be full of past it footballers, who probably don't really care. I can't see Bobby Zamora and the likes suddenly looking like good players again just because they're a division lower.

Hard to predict Wigan until after the summer. Could see the drifting to mid-table.
