You need to replace your default kits. Right now they are fc'12 kits and you are using SS'kits.
delete the kits folder found here in your skin folder : Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\skins\fm2021flutskin_dark\graphics\pictures
and then put this kits folder in it's place : https://sortitoutsi.net/media/1365150/download

Greetings. Your kits are in ssk format and the background is in FC 12 format.You need to change your 2d in your graphic\pictures\kits folder of your skin.

Hi Rosek! My main 2d kits folder are in SS format, and I've made a copy for Flut skin proposed in instructions.

I could make some changes in the xml's to make SS format compatible?
