This is the problem I've been having on my Mac as well. @mons took a look at screenshots of the folder structure and couldn't see any issues either. I've reinstalled the game, reapplied the fix. Each time I start a new game, it's like it just picks out some of the details and applies them, but not all of them. I've got one save where it seems like only La Liga and Atalanta have the wrong names and no Germany or Japan and another where all of the Serie A teams came up as fake. I can't understand it because I know it's not an issue with the fix files and I know they're put in the right place, but it just doesn't seem to work. Same with the graphics - I know this isn't the direct thread for it - but it's pulling some of them and then not others, and goes to the default logos in the dressing room etc.
EDIT - reinstalling it yet again seems to have finally woken something up. Steam was redownloading files that I'd deleted but it's not overwriting them anymore. Who knows?! It's working now and I can now continue to see Finn Jeltsch's international career bloom.

I can't figure it out. I don't see anything wrong with your files, they've always worked for me for years etc. I've even reinstalled the game from scratch and tried it from there with the same result. SI have done something in the background to muck things up but I can't find any logic to it at all.

Here's four screenshots. Loaded FM and started a new game AFTER adding the fix etc. and went on holiday until after the internationals to see if German players were called up or not. Appreciate you taking a look - if there's any other particular screenshots that would be helpful, please let me know. Thanks!

Hiya. I'm having similar issues. For me, Atalanta appear as Bergamo, La Liga has reverted to Spanish First Division and Germany and Japan have gone fake again. I know I can sort Atalanta with the workaround etc. I thought I'd done it all correctly, I've used your files for years and never gone wrong before, so don't what I've done!
Here's a couple of screenshots from my Mac. The 2620 folder is in the screenshot, the 2600 folder isn't shown but it's exactly the same. Editor data folder there as well.
I've been trying with a new save but keep seeing this. Grateful for anything you can suggest, cheers!

Always loved the kits on here, great work. Could someone make me some Everton umbro kits please? Chang to remain as sponsor.
For the home, please can I have a version of this http://www.footballshirtculture.com/15/16-Kits/universitario-de-deportes-2015-umbro-home-football-shirt.html? Standard Everton blue, with trimmings, badge, sponsor, and 'umbro' on the sleeves, all in white please?

If possible, I'd like the stripe from the home with the collar from the away, in black with a pink stripe in a slightly darker salmon pink. Everton badge reversed version as featured on this page, http://m.evertonfc.com/news/yournextevertoncrest umbro logo on shirt and sleeves and sponsor in white. Would appreciate your input as to whether there'd be a better colour way for crest, sponsor and umbro detailing.
