yep but there is nothing relevant in any of the options also in the interface button

Can you see the picture? i have upload another one that shows the advance menu.
When i say they are not available i mean the majority of options. They are very limit even if I go to general or interface etc from top right. I m wondering if there is another way of sorting this out.
