Marked the first cutout as rejected because the hair was cut off - I think the second cutout is from a more recent source as well

Hello everyone... I have a problem:

After loading a saved game, all the staff (players and non-players) who have not specified their place of birth in the database, appear as if they were born in the capital of the country they belong to...

Does the same happen to you too?
