That is exactly what I mean. I uploaded and submitted pictures for 15 players but none of them are there. Weird!

Also, for future reference, when you have a lot of images to upload, then you should upload them as a pack instead of individually and save the both of us some time.

You can also upload up to 50 images per pack instead of just a maximum of 6 when done individually.

 

I uploaded multiple game-ready pictures, however, they haven't been uploaded. Is it normal? Should I try again or I have to upload the one-by-one?

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you, but I wasn't on my PC yesterday evening, and I wanted to give you a proper answer.

 

It looks like you didn't manage to maintain the source image's aspect ratio which means the image was a bit stretched horizontally when compared to the original source. When going to the image size menu, you have to be sure that the circled bit in the screenshot below is selected:

 

 

Check the cut I've just uploaded by way of comparison - all good otherwise šŸ™‚

NP, thanks for your answer anyway. Yes I intentionally unchecked the circle because I thought the dimensions must be exactly 180180, Now having checked that, the dimensions of course are not the same but nearly 180*180.

Due to guidelines, this cut is still not acceptable because he is not looking to the camera and his face have angles, am I right?

Apart from that, what other problems are there?

@ramin33ezio, I don't think you need to me to tell you this isn't a very good cut. This thread contains guidelines for what we're looking for in our cuts in terms of dimensions, snow, collars, face orientation etc. and video tutorials for each element.

 

If you want to give it another go yourself, I would recommend using remove.bg, which is a free online tool which removes the background to an excellent standard, for free and almost instantly.

 

Here's a couple of videos on how to use it, one when combined with Photoshop and another using photopea.com, which is a free online app so close to Photoshop that it has the same shortcuts, layout and icons.

 

If you don't have Photoshop, photopea.com is the tool I would recommend to use to tweak the draft cut produced by remove.bg. It's more powerful and versatile than GIMP and other similar tools.

Actually I knew that the cut-out is not done well and I didn't want to do it myself, I just did it because it had been almost 3 weeks and nobody tried to do it. Now, thanks to you, I used the videos to make it better, however, I still am not sure that it is good! šŸ˜€
