Really? I've got nothing against Anita, but, really?

Newcastle were only playing with 1 up front. Mitrovic was buying cheap free kicks and getting us further up the field. And it's hard to bring on another midfielder when you don't have one on the bench.

so much better at literally everything.

holds his position too which colback NEVER does

I blame McClaren for throwing the lead away, Mitrovic should have been taken off 15 mins earlier as was fucked. Made no sense to carry on with two up front especially when Chelsea scored their first. Being on another midfielder and try to keep hold of the ball whilst also offering some protection for the defence.

Perez isn't really a striker though, he drops into midfield and keeps the ball too.

Was one absolute screamer and a set piece goal that undone us - just unlucky rather than McClarens fault i think.

It was much improved, although Chelsea were really bad.

Seemed to have a lot more purpose and strategy when we play a much better team. Perez had his first good game in ages, Mitrovic was excellent and Mbabu is quite possibly the worlds greatest player.

Mad how he couldnt get a game for Rangers yet back pockets pedro and hazard with relative ease.

If Mitrovic stops dishing RKO's out he could be fantastic too.

Anita a million times the player colback is, btw.

Souness also finished top 10 every season except the ones he didn't too.

As did Shearer and Joe Kinnear.

And Ruud Gullit.

When the wheels fall off Palace you'll see how bad Pardew was.

Just as happened at West Ham and Charlton before it happened to us.

It's a really odd one, by this point McClaren is basically a proven failure.

Apparently he's a good friend of Graham Carr.

Unsure why that should matter, though

Pards is more tactically astute than Jesus, got Palace there in half a season.

He finished top ten in every season as Newcastle manager, aside from that one where all of our players simultaneously went off form/got injured.

Apparently since Pardew left, Newcastle have acquired 15 points, Alan has achieved 40 points.

Roeder finished top 10 with newcastle every season too except the one where he didn't too?

What a strange thing to say

No I said we should be in the top half. Which we would be easily if we would allow someone like Alan Pardew to run the club.

Unfortunately we are stuck with Carr and Charnley. Who have absolutely ruined the club and will continue to do so.

What are all of the team instructions? I can't download the tactic

This was a tactic for FM14, I'll have a look on my laptop when I get in from work and see if I still have it.

If not it's lost unfortunately.

It's the first time he's sounded excited for a United goal since the Macheda one, in the meantime he wanked himself silly every time Liverpool scored in their title challenge and sounded like he was going to kill himself every time they conceded. A bit of a weird criticism to level against him.

I think he just likes a good story, tbh.

Went ballistic for Ji's goal against City but also for Aguero's goal for City too.

Baffled by the attention it's getting.

Newcastle were 9th going into January, 10 clear of the relegation zone.

Well Newcastle could have done, yeah. But it's a reasonable assumption that if Newcastle spent £20m in January, they would have £20m less to spend now.

And if they have money to spend in January, why not spend it now? (Or a week ago)

We had 34m in our bank account in January, before any of the mega TV money came in that presumably we'd spent now.

And yeah, but anyone in the world could have seen our team was in dire need of improvement, and if we weren't going to improve it we needed a better coach.

This window is the first in history where I've seen us actually improve the team without selling people to fund it. Long may it continue.

He nearly relegated us by doing that.

He could have spent in January then bought the same players he did in the summer too.

So why don't you leave the tough to call fixtures out, put the dead certs in and increase the amount of money you're putting on.

I can guarantee you'll win more money in the long run doing this.

Put more money on and put less teams in, you'll win far more.

Opinion you have to spend a bit more which is probably true.

But if we're clearly lacking like we were last year we should put football first.

Charnley's email was refreshing - but we're still miles away from the top 8.

Hopefully we do indeed push on, and hopefully our opinion on the January transfer window does indeed change if it's clear we need improvement in some areas.
