New Cheltenham Town shirt

Looking for some new exciting kits for my Truro City save.

Just been promoted to League2 and time for some new kits.

Home; White with black and gold trim

Away; Red with black vertical stripes and black trim 

Third; Yellow (more of a golden Yellow) with black trim.

Manufacture, i'm thiking something different, maybe Puma?

Sponsor; Pendennis superyachts (logo below)

I would like the 2 I have attacted “made ready” for the game - so backgrounds cut away basically.

The issue is that they should be showing the kits attached.
All other clubs have the “custom” kits showing, apart from Cheltenham. I have checked file names etc however all is how it should be - or so I believe.
Attached is what should be shown.

I'm not sure what has happend on my save.
I changed a shirt - ensuring the file name was the same - I have done this thousands of times, yet for some reason it gave me a white outline.
 

Downloaded and put this file in place and its gone a bit odd. Now its ONLY the Cheltenham shirts that are like this, every other team is fine.

I have also deleted and redownloaded the kits files and nothing.

Went to preferences, cleared cache etc etc

Anyway, ended up with whats showing in the image!

Ive changed the shirt back, checked the config file, and nothings changed.

Deleted the files/images, and redownloaded the kit pack but still the same.

What have I done and how do i get it back? It has only done this to the Cheltenham shirts, and no other club!
