In old versions of FM, coaches suggested personal skills for the player. To be honest, there is no suggestion for FM 21. Does anyone have knowledge about this?

How do I find out the Id? I'm playing fm 21.4 version via Epic.

When I started the game for the first time, my secretary had a photo of a real person, now a regen coach. I'm not sure it's a bug, I just want to ask.

Is it normal to have a photo of a character who is a regen?

Many teams do not have a manager, this is not normal. What am I doing wrong?

Edit: I converted them to fmf files through the editor. The problem was not fixed.

Edit: It was written in the forum that the data update for Fm 21 was opened by mistake, am I trying in vain?
