It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Please don't spend the time doing this via photoshop, we need to find a way to fix this on the server so it's part of the automated processes each month 🙂

The icons may be a different issue, they use a tool for the size conversion than I used for the compression, so lets consider them different for now.
It's strange that some are indexes and some are rgb, it may be related to the initial upload rather than the compression which was my first guess.
Are you able to provide the IDs of the few that you did identify as indexed (not icons, full faces)

Hi all, I've downloaded the full pack and have unzipped and checked it is in the correct location. I've set the preferences, and reloaded skin many a times however I still cannot get it to work. It has even removed the existing/registered image faces (from SPFL e.g.).
Any suggestions? I'm working from a MacBook

You've only got the latest update pack, which has that exact amount. The complete megapack has 340,000+ images, so no wonder you're not seeing the whole lot.
My recommendation would be to download the torrent file, and then the subsequent update packs individually 👍

Hello, i have previously downloaded the face packs from this website, they worked for a week or two but ive loaded on today and they are no longer working i have attempted to reset cache and reload the skin but they're still not showing

In FM22, that UID is assigned to a player, as you've rightly pointed out which is why he's included in the megapack. Since you're playing an older version, for any UID which is assigned to a regen, it might be the case that the UID is used in FM22 and has a cut-out in the megapack. To resolve it, open the faces folder, and move all the images whose filename is greater than 2000120959 into a separate folder (best not to delete them in case you need them if you play FM22 in the future 😉 ). You will also need to edit your config file using this method so that you get a regen face, and not a blank space.

Downloaded complete cut out megapack. Placed in the right place along with other packs and this cutout megapack seems to be the one not loading at all. Have the config file, deleted and redownloaded but to no avail. Can someone help please? ( I have very rarely seen some players/coaches with faces like Eric Jurado at MUN but not all faces for some reason)

Have you changed the preferences as show in the first post? Also, are you running any other facepacks? They can work, but only if you know what you're doing. Finally, I have no idea who Eric Jurado at MUN is since I can't find him in the database 😕

Yes I have changed the preferences, and no other facepacks Also I'm sorry I meant Marc Jurado, and I'm only assuming his face is from this pack as it is a cutout and I havent used any other packs

All graphical changes can take effect in the middle of a save-game, so no you shouldn't need to start a new game, don't worry 🙂
Can I see a screenshot of your preferences and an upload of your config file as an attachment? I'd also like to see an in-game screenshot of a player who you think should have a cut-out but doesn't.
Finally, can you search for config.xml in your graphics folder (making sure that the search also includes any sub-folders) and upload a screenshot of the ensuing results? It might be the case you have a separate folder somewhere with a config file for an old or previous facepack.

Preferences as they should be. Marc Jurado who has a face which indicates that the megapack is working but not completely??! The config file from my graphics folder and I searched for config.xml and find their specific locations but I checked faces & iconfaces and the config file is present in both.

For the third screenshot, can you change the view so that I can see the full path they're located in? Otherwise I can't tell which (if any) shouldn't be there.
I'd also like to see an in-game screenshot of a player who you think should have a cut-out but doesn't.

Here. Also the config file in faces folder isnt shown here but in screenshot #4 you can see its there. Also its not that Marc Jurado shouldnt have a face its that he does have a face while no one else does in my team.

Why do you have a config file directly in the graphics folder?
Remove it and see if the pack works. It's 12MB big, whereas the one in your faces folder is 24MB. The latter is correct, and I have no idea where you got the former from.
Most probably the file didn't fully download. Try downloading it again, and make sure the file size downloaded is the same as the one listed on the download page.

i downloaded 13.07 2 times on uploaded and the error continue, i download from 13.07 until 22.03 and only this 3 have errors, the size is the same of download page
