It's probably a problem with the viewing angle, but what exactly was it that Owen did? Apart from the scuffling there wasn't much, and nothing that warranted criticism IMO.

With every passing day it seems like he is closer to becoming the most ill-advised signing in this career of mine
(Especially in the aftermath of another 2 playmakers).
He has shown decent ability in his only friendly outing (he arrived injured) and his versatility should get him a squad status, if only on the bench.

Probably my most unexpected signing, was looking for a set-piece taker when this guy popped up.
He'll likely not start too many games (shite Natural Fitness) but definitely some sub appearances will be given.

Of the other signings, Sumalia is a young winger who actually offers width out on the left, Kofi Addai and Samuel Asamoah are strikers who will boost a James Gyimah-dependent strikeforce, and Eric Mensah was discovered before Mbarga, so he's now likely second choice.

All in all, I signed 3 playmakers, failed to improve upon having only 1 CB pairing of acceptable ability, and currently have 2 19-year-old right wingers (and Nankop).
Brilliant.

Anyway Swansea don't seem to be linked with a striker, surely they're not going to just go with Itay Shechter and Luke Moore for the rest of the season. Although £5.5m for Danny Graham seems a touch overpriced.
